garbage collection
+ -1 moreThe roll off was fine. The initial cost was high and even higher when they sent an unexpected bill for "excessive weight". The containrer held 20 yards and I put nothing unusual in it. There was never any explanation of excessive weight charges when I PREPAID for the container. The bill came as a complete surprise and shock. When I questioned them about how I was supposed to weigh the container there was silence. I said too that I didn't think that I should pay for a container full of rain water. Their response was that I should have covered it with a tarp!?!? They said that they had recorded "proof" that I was advised about the weight issue when I ordered the container . When I asked to hear the "proof" they said that was "not allowed" and their team would review it. I since have used two containers from Ray Anderson in St. Paul without any incident.

+ -1 moreThey have been good. They also pickup my leaves and debris. I had to call them once and after that they are good. I would use them again in the future if needed.
