Ty Grabeski

Description of Work: Ty was hired to build a house that is handicap accessible. He worked half a day once a month. He didn't have blue prints or an itemized list of materials and labor. It is the Toy Box Style with metal siding and roof and no basement. He poured concrete and a swimming pool in July of 2012. the pool was not where we planned and all the rooms had to change. It was a mess. The in-floor heat was not marked so the Electrician could easily hook up the rooms on separate controls, so they are on 1 control, even the pool room. The plumbing for out side was piped through the bedroom wall instead of the poolroom wall. We wanted to have painted concrete floors but the drywall contractor left a huge mess with the mudd that we couldn't clean with acid. So we have to put down flooring. The dry wall had to be done twice. He even dry walled over the electrical and didn't mark it. We have had to have the electrician come back because breakers are flipping and switches are mixed up and fans didn't work. We fired Ty Grabetski and he hasn't finished what he was paid for. We still have construction doors, the plumbing has no fixtures, the shower has no concrete board, the porch no trim, the walls and windows no trim and the sub contractors want to be paid. We paid Ty. We had to clean up the garbage and scap material. Someone took the metal we put in a pile to take to a junk yard.
