I bought a new dishwasher and Jerry installed it. The next day there was water on the floor after the first use of the dishwasher, I immediately called Jerry and he came over in less than an hour. He found that it was a manufacturing defect and not a plumbing issue. There was a missing weld from the manufacturer that caused the leak. When the replacement came, Jerry promptly made arrangements for an installation the next morning. He was courteous, well groomed, and professional in his explanations. He advised me of the features of the dishwasher. He was efficient and careful not to damage anything in my home with the removal and replacement. His responsiveness to my needs was exceptional. He made this disaster of a deficient product much easier to deal with.

Jenks subcontracts from Lowe's to install dishwashers. Jerry Jenks was very courteous about staying in touch and scheduling at my convenience. Jeff, the plumber who did the installation, was very careful about removing my ancient dishwasher so it wouldn't damage my counters. The whole job was done very quickly and professionally.
