+ -1 moreExcellent, I was amazed at the level of detail they provided regarding the maintenance they performed. Much of it was over my head at first but after explaining in greater detail it all made sense and I felt confident the work had been completed by a true professional.
Description of Work: Brimmer installed a new furnace for us early 2011 and did a magnificent job. This year their excellent service continued when they came back to perform the yearly preventative maintenance on the furnace they installed. They made changes to ensure the furnace was running in top order.

+ -1 moreI called Brimmer Mechanical to have some solar panels and a wind turbine disconnected. They called me and came out to see the project within days. Ron came out, he was super nice and professional. About a week later he came back to do the work and everything went as planned and quoted. If I had electrical work to be done in my home in the future I wouldn't hesitate to have Ron do the work again, he seemed to have so much experience and knowledge. I would recommend them to friend for electrical services.

+ -1 moreI've always had reservations about furnace service because it takes me outside my comfort zone, but Aaron was a tremendous help with guiding us through the decisions and options. Working with this company and more specifically Aaron was the single best customer experience of my life and I will always recommend their services into the future. Their staff was friendly and knowledgable.
Description of Work: We initially used Brimmer to resolve an issue with our furnace where it was only randomly providing heat on a very cold winters day. Aaron from Brimmer came out and was very helpful taking use through exactly what the problem was. Unfortunately it called for a new furnace, but Aaron was instrumental in helping us to select a replacement furnace and presented us many options, ultimately helping us to make the right selection for our needs. And the replacement furnace was more effecient and keeps the temperature of our house more consistent than the old one. Brimmer and Aaron also helped us with a couple "urgent" calls when the temperatures approached -15 and our furnace was on the fritz before our new furnace could be installed - making a couple late night emergency visits. Ironically upon calling several companies that claimed to have "emergency services" Brimmer was the only company that picked up when we called on a cold blustery weekend. And upon calling they sympathized with our situation and sent Aaron out within the hour.
