Work took over a year after signing the contract. Contract specified GAF Timberline shingles, delivered Atlas shingles and the owner became extremely unprofessional when I refused to allow the wrong shingles to be installed. I was never informed there was going to be a switch. It was caught as the shingles were being delivered on top of the roof. All the old roofing was scraped off the roof into my plants and shrubs. Plants were damaged and or killed and my mulch was scraped away down to bare dirt with the old shingles and debris. My attic is also full of their debris. They cut a live wire in my attic and I was told it was impossible for the workers to have done that. I had to get my own electrician to find the cut live wire in my attic and repair it. I was reimbursed after the electrician proved it was the roofers who cut it. One part of my roof has all the shingles lined up and the other section of roof has them in a random pattern, looks stupid. Soffit hangers ?bubba? hammered nails into my new aluminum trim on my windows leaving big hammer mis-marks smashed into the trim. My wife and I were so glad to get this crew off our property. I should have done a more though ?background check? on the owner before hiring.

Work went fine. Workers seemed to be consciencious. Owner tended to underestimate cost of the work to be done, so final cost was a bit of a surprise.

Very pleasant to deal with. Work was done professionally, and in a very timely manner. Less than three weeks later large hail storm came thru and provider immediately checked and determined damage to new roof. I will definitely use him again to replace it.
