Sam and his great crew really helped us out. We had 25 new windows installed (as new construction, not replacement) and the existing interior trim did not work with them. Our contractor recommended SKC Design and one other finish carpenter. I called Sam with SKC and he actually answered the phone! We communicated well right away and made arrangements for him to come look. To be smart I called the other recommendation also, left a message, but he never even got back to me! We were so lucky SKC was able to help us right away. They worked us into their busy schedule and did a great job. Three hardworking men finished all the interior trim in 2.5 days. Thank you!

Sam and his crew did an excellent job on our bathroom remodel. Sam worked with us to get our project closer to our budget. Jeremy and Derrick were very professional, polite, and always cleaned up after they were done for the day. Jeremy went above and beyond finding us a door last minute and finding hardware for our tub that matched. We would definitely hire SKC again.

Everything turned out great. The crew was good about cleaning up each day. They were able to handle or manage a long list of deferred maintenance and repairs needed including getting plumbing and electrical subcontractors out quickly for unknown issues that came up. Planning on using them for additional work in the Spring.

You could not ask for a better guy than Sam. He understood what we wanted and I know he bent over backwards to help us out. He talked my husband through a lot of things that he could do on his own and offered to come up and give advice if he needed it. I would highly recommend SKC to do the job. They do all kinds of home repairs and I would call him again.
