Description of Work: My computer had an issue due to power outages and insufficient surge protection. It was about 30 days out of warranty so since I also paid for an upgrade of some speed, he replaced the part that was bad for free. |My rating for punctuality is because I feel like he puts things aside and does them in the order of call backs wondering if your equipment is done yet. I waited 3 days beyond when he said it "should be done" to call. It was ready the next day after I called.

Description of Work: I had two outdated computers with windows XP. I purchased 2 refurbished Acer computers which were loaded with Windows 7 and all my files were downloaded. I took my stuff in Friday morning and it was done the same day. Outstanding service and very reasonable price

 + -1 moreWe had a computer that had been put together from spare parts, but wasn't working correctly. We asked Derek to fix it. He was supposed to get back to us in 7-10 days, but we ended up calling him when we hadn't heard from him in 3 weeks. He explained he had been busy, and promised to get right on it. Again, it took him several weeks longer than he had promised. When we finally got the computer, it was missing one of the components we had asked him to install. He did give that to us, without an additional charge. But it took 2 months to get something fixed that should have taken 2 weeks.
Description of Work: We took in a computer that had been built from scratch but wasn't working, and asked him to make it work.
