Tufano tile and stone

I did my part to communicate clearly what was wanted and he did not do carry it out saying “his designers” said otherwise. Whatever happened to the customer is always right. It’s like going to a restaurant and ordering chicken and getting pork chops instead. And the waitstaff says oh we make the best pork chops. Deal with it! You would not return.

Initially it went well. The tile was installed quickly but was lacking on the finishing touches. There was a huge gap along the ceiling, a crack in tile under the toilet and i am still waiting for installation of the knobs on my vanity. I am going to need to hire a new person to finish the project. Waste of money and time. DO NOT HIRE THEM.

It is beautiful! It seemed to be a straight forward job at the beginning, but there were many obstacles to overcome in my building including elusive water shut-off valves. Justin the owner and the master tile setter Kurt, were so easy to get along with and had such wonderfully positive attitudes. It could have easily been a nightmare project, but it wasn't. I am so happy with the craftsmanship. Kurt's attention to detail with every tile is evident in the final product in both bathrooms. I would hire Tufano Tile again in a heartbeat!
