Description of Work: I had Jerry's Plumbing. They put down a water line to connect us with the city. They connected some water pipes.

Description of Work: Jerry installed faucets and drains in both the kitchen and the bath. He also installed a garbage disposal. He promptly returned my call, arrived on time, did a great job, and his price was fair.

+ -1 moreJerry was very professional and easy to get a hold of. He promptly returned our call and worked with our schedule to do the work. He was on time and prepared to do the work. The water softener was installed with care, the backed up sink was fixed and the leaky valve replaced. His pricing was very reasonable and his work professional. We will definitely use Jerry again for any and all plumbing issues/new installs.

Description of Work: Jerry replaced a faucet for us. He also fixed a leaking faucet. He did great work at a very reasonable price. He responded to our calls promptly and he was very pleasant. We will use him for any other plumbing needs we have.

+ -1 moreWe now have improved hot water service and mixing of hot and cold water from the kitchen sink faucet. Mr. Novak was efficient and pleasant to do business with.
Description of Work: The outdoor faucet pipe burst, spilling water into the basement. Mr. Novak located where the pipe burst, replaced the piece of pipe with new pipe and showed me the damaged pipe. He made sure the outdoor faucet worked without any problem. While he was here, he willingly completed another unscheduled problem. He looked at the water pressure on our kitchen sink faucet and found that the cartridge needed to be changed. He changed the faucet and tested that solution, making sure that his assessment of the problem was correct.
