TRAVIS BROTHER PAINTING

Description of Work: About 3 years ago, the Travis brother's painted the peak and eaves of our house. The work they did was fine, and they were efficient and reasonable in their price. So, when I needed some interior painting done, I called them again. Terry Travis came over and looked at the ceilings I wanted painted, reccomended a paint that we purchase, and gave us a quote. I called him a few days later and we made a date a few weeks in the future for him to come and do the painting. Meanwhile, my Mom got quite ill and because of this, I had my husband call and reschedule the paint job. My Mom passed that following weekend. So, the rescheduled date for him to come and paint came and he never showed up!! I called him a few times that day, and got no return phone call. It was a Friday. I called him the next Monday afternoon and he answered and when I told him my name he said hello and then hung up on me! I called him back, thinking that it was a cell phone dropped call. Someone answered the call and again, it was disconnected. I waited until I got home and called him back again on my land line, thinking that I would give him the benefit of the doubt, but this time, it went straight to voicemail. I left him 3 more messages over the course of that week, asking him to please let me know what happened and to call to reschedule. I have YET to hear back from him. At this point, I am moving on to another business. But, I wanted others to avoid having to deal with this NONSENSE with Terry Travis. I dont understand how he can take any pride in his work, or his business. To be kind would be to say he is "in consistent", but really, I just dont know what to think at this point. I would avoid using Travis Brother's Painting service at this point. He seems to have character issues.
