+ -1 moreHired thru GE Appliance service as my dishwasher was under warranty. Initial visit he didn't call prior to coming which I was told he would do, I called him and said he was still coming. When he arrive he is friendly. He fixed my rack which was out of line and then said a part would be ordered for the other issue. I asked how long this would take and he advised 2 weeks and he would give me a call back. After not hearing anything for 3 weeks I called left him vmail. No call back, I called again after another week and same thing, no call. I have now called GE Appliance who tried to contact him and no luck. I tried again yesterday and no response. I will be calling GE again to obtain another service repair to start all over.

+ -1 moreHorrible. No show and then had to work with Best Buy to schedule a new vendor to come out which took two more weeks to resolve. Still without a working washing machine because of the added hassles.
Description of Work: Contracted through Best Buy.. responsive at first then a new show appointment and multiple voicemails left with no response back.

Description of Work: They travelled and hour and a half each way on a subzero day to diagnose and fix the drain pump on my LG washer - even had the right part in the truck. Great service!

+ -1 moreCame twice at end of day. However, came several hours after service window quoted by KitchenAid, but he did come even though it was later than typical work hours. He did not call me; I had to call him to find out why he was late. I had taken off work to be home during quoted hours. Repair sufficient. Company did not supply manual to him. He had to use my private home wireless network and was still unable to access document. Had to order parts and come back. Was on time for second visit. Friendly. I'm not sure that it was his fault he could not come on time for the first visit...some of the blame may be KitchenAid's.

Description of Work: Troubleshot an LG dishwasher and found problem. He suggested an interim fix while waiting for parts. He returned with the part, fixed the problem and one caused by the previous service company. The price was fair, and I've handed his card to friends in the neighborhood.
