+ -1 moreOpening was the least of the issues, but I don't have room to elaborate on both. We were told non-functional jets probably due to having "closed them off" using adjuster rings. Non-functional jets still not working, THEY didn't even bother to check them, as all were on. Blower motor replaced, but quits operating after 10 minutes of running...resets overnight. "Normal" operation according to GLPS (timer). Technician was out to look blower and it functions just fine (ran for 5 minutes). Told we are blocking air holes causing thermal shutoff. Occurs each time we use, GLPS has various reasons for issue. Requested that blower be removed. Motor removed and cost of installation and motor were credited. Purchased a blower from another dealer and installed myself. New blower runs until shut off manually. It has 3 speeds now, like it should (GLPS unit had only 1 speed, regardless of my setting selection).
Description of Work: Hired to open outdoor spa, fix issue with no air bubbles, and check jets that are not functioning. Spa was opened and blower motor was replaced. Ultimately motor was returned and jets were never fixed (nor even looked at, as best I can tell). Crediting the motor and installation fee increased professionalism rating, otherwise it would be an F, considering all the stories we were told regarding this blower motor: Normal operation, stops because of timer, stops due to thermal cutoff because you are blocking air holes, motor has manufacturer recall for this shutdown issue, technician checked it and didn't replace because it works now.

Description of Work: I HAD SOMEONE COME OVER TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE FOR A NEW POOL HEATER. THEY MISSED THE FIRST APPOINTMENT COMPLETELY. SECOND TIME THEY CAME, TOOK A LOOK, AND WERE SUPPOSED TO CALL ME WITH RECOMMENDATIONS. NEVER CALLED BACK EVEN AFTER I CALLED AGAIN TO INQUIRE.

+ -1 moreBOTH THE OWNER AND THE EMPLOYEE WERE VERY UNRESPONSIVE, DID NOT COMPLETE THE WORK AND AFTER SIX WEEKS TOLD US TO GET SOMEONE ELSE TO DO IT. THEY MAY BE BETTER AT SALES AND INSTALLATION.
