Horrible experience. John is a complete scammer. We had an appointment for him to come and complete our installation. We paid a deposit up front. When it came time for the appointment. He ghosted us. Never called. Never even reached out to say that he was not going to make it. We left our jobs to come home early and made arrangements to be home and NO SHOW from him. DO NOT give this person your time or money.

I found Better Blinds Plus on Angie's list. I read his reviews and contacted him. John came out to measure my living room windows. He brought several samples and explained the different blinds available / cost within my unannounced budget. Once he showed me the cost, I had him give me another estimate for my kitchen. I then ordered blinds for my kitchen. The quality of faux wood was perfect for my windows and gave a modern look to my ancient blinds. John and Josh did a fantastic job installing the blinds. They worked around my furniture/ plants, and did not mind my dog hanging around either. I am so happy with my new blinds. I highly recommend them.

Better Blinds Plus is being hired but I have to get on his schedule for installation.

He was professional and courteous. He did good work and I am very happy with how my blinds look.

John came out to measure my windows in our sun room and living room. Only charged me half, and I paid the other half when the blinds were installed. He was such a nice man, and did a fantastic job!! The blinds make my house feel brand new, and provide so much great light- my plants have never been happier!! Will absolutely reach out again in the future.

John the owner came here and measured my blinds. Prompt on-time ,friendly,and knowledgeable. Gave me many product choices and explained them all . Had samples of them all too ! They were installed today â ¦fit perfectly ! He did a great job ! Was really easy to work with. My blinds are beautiful ! I highly recommend using him.

John is a straight shooter and a man of his word. He clearly cares about his craft and his reputation. I found him friendly and efficient. His associate, who initially installed my blinds, was similarly professional. Blinds are not cheap, but I feel Ilir I got a quality product and the ones I purchased look great.

I wasn't completely sure what kind of window coverings I wanted for our 3 season room but John knew exactly what I was looking for after hearing my description. And I couldn't be happier. The blinds selected were very competitively priced, are high quality & operate smoothly & easily. They provide just the right amount of light filtering and the color choice matches perfectly. The installation went quickly & smoothly. John even removed an old vertical blind which will no longer be used for us. I would use John and his company again in a hearbeat.

I am writing a follow up review, because I was really pleased with the plantation shutter that John customized for my oversized kitchen window, He made sure that I was completely satisfied with the shutters and made sure the design was exactly what I wanted. I know that I would not have been able to get this design from another place. It is so unique

His price was lower than other estimates, his work was extraordinary, he was personable, professional, and super efficient. He helped me through the process and made valuable suggestions.
