I submitted my request on a Sunday mid-morning and was called within the hour. He showed up the following morning and completed my repairs, and I was charged the price I was quoted on the phone even though he found some additional repair work was necessary in the process. I would HIGHLY recommend Otto's to a friend. Great ,fast ,friendly service I wish all contractors were this prompt in response.
