The planning process and work on my new roof went very well. I was referred to ZSK by a relative. Troy was able to fix their roof with a minor repair. He was honest and worked well. I found the same to be true for me. My roof had damage from another contractor who put gutters on my roof last year. Troy was very knowledgeable about the problem and what my roof needed to be fixed. He was able to use the new gutters. The prices were fair and roof was done very well. The crew working were careful about cleaning everything up afterwards. I would recommend ZSK roofing!

VERY prompt when it came to picking up a down payment.. He had every excuse in the book why he couldn't start the job (when I was able to get in touch with him).. Never payed for a dumpster (which was in the signed contract) so i was forced to make trips back and forth to local dump with siding I was removing to make it easier for him.. He purchased SOME of the material which sat in my driveway for a month so all the boxes fell apart from the rain.. I FINALLY had to involve the police to get the money back..
