Mike was there the next day to replace my water heater. Did a great job. I probably would of upgraded the tank one level instead of having the basic standard. He didn't really have any choices except this basic unit. The only issue I had was wish he would of asked me to wipe up the water from old tank before putting the new tank on the wet surface.

HIGHEST BUSINESS CHARACTER and INTEGRITY 5.0 Mike Wilde made small adjustments to the existing sump pump instead of charging me over $425 to pay for a new one . It is over 25 years old, and I was prepared to pay for a new unit. He suggested I not waste money on a new unit. He was very honest, and put the customers needs over his own financial business interest. He thoroughly inspected and tested the check valve and that the existing pump is operational. He also said there was no service call charge at all since he only spent 15 minutes to repair. What an honest person! He will be hired to do all my future plumbing needs.!

It worked out well. I called Wilde plumbing in the morning and they where there with in hours.

Mr. Wilde got back to me the same day I requested. He looked at the job the next day. He completed 2 drain issues one on second floor and the basement wash tub. Corrected issues with gas lines and did it to code.

Showed up quite quickly after I talked to him. Did a good job as all is working well again. Didn't take very long. No problems, no complaints.

I asked for someone to replace my water heater on a Sunday night. Within minutes Mike Wilde called me. My water heater was installed on Monday morning. Very pleased with the service.

Mike was professional, courteous and conscienous. It seemed at times that it wasn't going as easy as expected, but he kept at it and got the job done. He also gave me advice about future use. I was very pleased with the cost. Would definitely use again.

They worked hard to do a great job replacing our sump pump in a very tight location. I think the job was ultimately more challenging that the price they quoted me, but they stuck to the original cost despite spending more time and energy than what was expected.

Contacted me the night of the issue and he showed up at the time he said. Was done quickly and we'll.

I had a severe clog in the floor drain and after almost 2 hours he couldn't unclog it. The good news for me at least was that I wasn't charged for the time because the job couldn't be completed. He then recommended another company to call. Honesty and pricing were much appreciate it.
