I have been using this company for several years and can not say enough great things about them. They are great people to work with from scheduling your appts to each and every member of there crew that has come to my home. Andy has done a great job employing the kindest and pleasant individuals. I have used them for start up and shut down of my sprinkler systems fixing a few minor things along the way but most recently I had a situation in which the main piping underground was cracked due to heavy landscaping equipment/supplies. This situation really gave me an opportunity to put there crew and there company to the test and they exceeded my expectations when it mattered the most. They came out immediately, the crew worked at it diligently and did not leave until it was completed with my system up and running. The guys patiently explained the process, they knew exactly how to do their job and allowed me to see the damage and the replacement. So refreshing to deal with a company like this. I will have them come out next week. I like them. They are punctual. I know how much they would charge me. They are very friendly. They will call me back right away when I need something to be done. They are very good. The price is fair. I am moving and so I would not be using them anymore. They do what they say they are going to do. They will tell me what needs to be fixed, how much it would cost and they will do it perfectly.

Lakeland stands by their work and products! Worth every penny. We had extenuating circumstances that tested the limits of their guarantee!! We called Lakeland right in the middle of our landscaping project due to our decision to install a permanent irrigation system in our new landscaping and grass. Lakeland came out in a timely manner and carefully considered all of our options. Greg listened to our needs and concerns and gave us a competitive bid. While installing the system, it was discovered that our well was not producing the yield needed to supply our home and irrigation system. Greg from Lakeland was knowledgeable, reliable and a huge resource for us in this unique situation. He went above and beyond the call of duty, even offering to discuss the water issues with the well company and was in close communication with my landscaper to ensure that the least amount of damage would be done to our landscaping.... and our pocketbook. This discovery led to a number of events that eventually had us digging an entirely new well. This entails huge trucks driving over our new topsoil and all of Lakeland's pipes, control boxes and underground sprinklers, mainly to avoid driving on our newly poured driveway. With costs of landscaping and the new well in mind, we called informed Greg of the situation. Greg put our minds at ease, ensuring us that lakeland stands behind its products. If pipes broke or sprinklers were damaged, he would be sure to fix them at no extra cost to us! Now that is reliable. The situation overall was an extremely challenging one, but we were more than glad that we hired Lakeland. I knew exactly who to call and they got back to me very quickly whenever I had a question. They use the best products, they are knowledgeable, reliable and stand behind their word. Good luck getting that if you just go with the lowest bid.

Called provider to set up time and date to turn on sprinkler system. Appointment was made for mid day during the week. I re-arranged my work schedule to be home, but they never showed up, nor did they call to tell me that they would not be able to make it. I talked to them on the phone afterward, and he apologized saying that they were extremely busy that day. I received another call a week or so later to reschedule. We made another appointment for late in the morning on a weekday. This time it was me that was not able to make the appointment so I called the day before to cancel. I was asked when I would like to try to reschedule. I mentioned that due to my work schedule the best time would be late afternoon, early evening around 5:30 that same day. The receptionist said that 5:30 would not work because they had another appointment for 2:30 which would mean that they would have to wait around for a few hours until to my appointment. I felt the customer service, professionalism and punctuality were very unsatisfactory.

They performed the service in an efficient manner, and they were priced reasonably. But I didn't care for the lack of proffesional look of the employees and vehicle. They had no company uniform and the vehicle was unmarked. I recently thought about this experence and found it a little scarry wondering if they really were direct employees of Lakeland or sub-contracted out by Lakeland to perform the services. I think if Lakeland would make a minor investment in signage for vehicles and at a minimum company shirts with logo and company name this would help improve their bussiness and image.

Lakeland was very prompt and by far the best price. The work was well done and even included some extras. We had one issue which was cleared up within a day or so.

I pay $90 per visit. I would recommend them. As far as I know, the price is good. I will continue to use them.

They are very pro active and contact you. They know your house and your system so they know how things work. They also cross train which provides an excellent service. The workers are friendly and professional. They show up on time when they say they will. We will continue to use them and would also recommend them. If you want someone to come out and get you up and running for the season, they're the ones to use. The approximate cost listed was for the start up.

WE THOUGHT THEY DID PRETTY GOOD WORK - WE HAD A COUPLE ISSUES WITH SPRINKLER HEADS AND LIDS NOT BEING HIDDEN VERY WELL. THEY DID RESPOND TO OUR CALLS. OUR BIGGEST PROBLEM WAS THAT THEY ASSUMED WE COULD FIGURE OUT HOW TO RUN THE SYSTEM SO IT REQUIRED SOME PHONE CALLS TO ADJUST.
