Discovered leak 2 days before planned travel. Our regular plumber was booked for a week. Jon Debelak Plumbing & Heating was able to send someone the next day. We had purchased a coupon for a reduced hourly rate. He was prompt, efficient, and professional. The was an additional cost based on time/materials.

Jon said he would come on the 18th. He could not give me any time frame, not even a general one. We were told to be available all day. Between my adult daughter and I we rearranged our schedules to be sure one of us was available all day. We waited for his call saying he was coming and he never called. I called him this morning to ask what the issue was. He said he was sorry but that he was very very busy all day. We were very busy too and I told him a quick call would be common courtesy. We have since hired another plumber. This is my first time using Angie's List and I have to say I am very leery now of the reviews.

The work was done well. The workers were professional and knew their jobs.

Jon scheduled an appointment asap to have my laundry tub faucet repaired as it was leaking from the hot water side. He made an appointment and then called before coming to let me know exactly when I could expect him. He exchanged the faucet to a new one. The next day I found water on the floor as the faucet was leaking. He came back the following day. Apparently the original faucet was defective so he put in a new one. I've had no problems since. He was very personable and gave my problem the attention it required.

Jon came over the next day after calling him.He called before he came over and was right on time.Had it replaced and the area cleaned up in no time.He did a great job.

It was clean. They sent a bill two weeks later for an additional $75. No explanation of what it was for. I called Angie's List to tell them about the extra charge. They said they would take care of it and I have received no further bills.

The techincian was very professional, courtious, and explained everything he was doing really well. The house was vacant as we moved away so I have not been able to check work but we passed our home inspection without an issue. The cost was a little bit high considering I used an Angie's list deal but there were unexpected parts and the tub was in a difficult spot. There are cheaper options though, that's why I gave a B on the price.

Plumber and apprentice called when on their way. Both were very courteous and worked diligently. Dave explained what the problem was and what they'd do to correct the issue. I had purchased a deal and only needed to pay for the materials which were needed.

Everything was fixed/addressed to my specifications. Liked very detailed and thorough billing statement showing everything that was done. Appreciated suggestions on other related things that might become issues later.

The plumber and apparently an apprentice arrived right on time, went over with me what needed to be done and got right to work. Although they were here for four hours total, they only charged for two hours of the apprentice's time since part of his time is presumably learning new tasks. Great quality, professionalism and price (as far as the naturally high price of plumbing work goes).

Very please...arrived same day as my call, quickly located and repaired the leak, reasonably priced. Happy with the service and relieved to have the problem resolved so quickly. They were personable, professional and prompt, all at a reasonable price.

First and foremost they responded very timely to my first phone call. That is half the battle these days. They arrived on time. Good quality of work. Professional and courteous employees. A day or so after the work was performed we noticed some pipes making noise a day or so after the work was performed. They came back out at no charge and although they couldn't repeat the sounds that we had heard, they took the extra steps to secure some of our pipes in the basement. We have not heard the pipes clanking since. I would hire them again.

They were on time and able to find the problem with the kitchen sink. They snaked the pipe and unplugged the clog. Very pleased in the timely solution. They also gave an estimate to fix the shower faucets and they explained the possible scenarios of cost. They were very professional. I didn't use them to fix the shower because I used a cheaper solution.

He was personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and well-prepared. He worked quickly but was thorough. His business has been in the family for years, and he grew up learning his trade. His price was contracted through Angie's list, and there was a small charge over the contracted amount, which he explained, and which was entirely acceptable to us.

He did a fine job. He was very professional. We appreciated his prompt service. He fixed whatever we had a problem with. He called within 24 hours after we purchased the deal. We ended up paying another $200 above the big deal amount. I was a little surprised at the cost of the additional work.

He got back to me immediately. Was very good at communicating. Was able to squeeze me in and kept me informed as to when exactly he could be here. He was able to fix the problem. He showed me the issues (items that were stuck in the disposal) and then recommended that it not be used for grinding up things. It should really only be used for items that fall in there by accident. Instead, most items should really continue to go in the garbage can. I had heard that before, but continue to try and use the disposal, thinking it is more "earth-friendly." I'm learning more and more, that it is not necessarily the case.

He was very friendly and efficient.

They came the same day I called to do a free estimate and then were back the next day to install. They were polite and fast.

They work quick, they don't take smoke breaks or anything like that. Important especially when you are paying hourly. They came next day after call.

Stopped by same day I reported water heater leak. Recommended replacement but didn't push. Since I was leaving town for the Thanksgiving holiday, I decided to have it replaced which surprisingly was done the next day. Unit was delivered, installed, old one removed, and work area left totally clean. Professional, responsive contractor - I highly recomment Jon DeBelak for your plumbing needs.

Two plumbers and a helper are the whole crew. They don't promise what they can't do. The second trip was harder to schedule, but they did OK at being as timely as possible. Seems to be top notch work so far. Really liked their punctuality and trustworthiness.

Fixed a leak after I had tried multiple times, and installed a pipe in another sink in no time. Experienced, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous. I had a coupon, and he was willing to do more in the time we had, but he took care of everything. He's very service oriented and is focused on doing things right. I would hire him again, and will call him again next time I need plumbing work done.
