Although we were first promised two men at a reduced price so I could make it to an appointment only one plumber showed on time with the second showing up much later. (I believe the second was an apprentice and the son of the owner) The first gentleman got to work immediately, worked quickly, quietly and neatly. He was finished as quickly as possible. I was late for my appointment but still was able to do the banking I needed to do. I felt comfortable that this was a one-time thing and I would have no hesitation in calling them for service in the future.

it was a simple job, connection was only a couple of feet, so to me seemed expensive. But the installer did a nice job, very professional.

Overall excellent service. Called at 8am since water heater had begun leaking significantly the night before. Jon indicated it could likely be replaced the same day and gave me the number of one of his workers who would likely be doing the work so I could arrange a specific time. Arranged to have him come at 1:30pm the same day. Jon showed up on time. Two other workers joined him after about 15 minutes and they had the old water heater removed and the new one installed and working within 45 minutes. Jon is very professional and offered a few suggestions to try to lengthen how long my new water heater may last. I will definitely use him the next time I have a plumbing need.

The guy worked really hard, did a good job and he knew what he was doing. It sounds like a lot of money but they worked very hard, probably more than half a day to this thing and two guys working all the time. It was a significant job and he did a great job. We had several bids and his was the best and also when he came out, he seemed knowledgeable about what could be done. There were different ways to do it but we thought his way the best and the most cost effective.

It went very well. Everything was fixed and everything done as I asked.

Due to having out of town guests, Jon graciously contacted me numerous times to schedule repair appointment. He was great in accommodating my crazy schedule. Dave was punctual, professional, and would have back in a heart beat. The quality of repair was excellent and the extra time charge was for extra work I requested. The deal for one hour plumbing did not initially mention the additional $69.00 trip charge. I paid it and brought to Jon's attention. He contacted Angies list to correct and since they are coming back when I purchase pedestal faucet, he offered a fair and professional solution. I can only say their integrity is A plus. They believe in excellent customer service and it showed.

He arrived promptly on time. Provided several options for fixing the problem. In the end he removed the pipe behind the refrigerator and added a shut off valve in the basement.

I purchased one of Angie' s deals for a service call. Jon called me within one working day to set up an appointment. His co-worker arrived exactly when he said he would and after assessing the problem set right to work. He counseled me on the most economical way to fix the problem. He was helpful, pleasant and professional. An hour and a half later job was complete and cleaned up.

I have used this company many times for odd jobs in electrical work. They have responded quickly and professionally, and have always delivered exceptional service at a fair price. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Work completed on schedule per quote. Sales person very knowledgeable and helpful in planning project. I learned a few things about work I planned to complete that helped make the project meet code. Sales and installation personnel are all very professional and courteous Cost comparable with other quotes received Project required that vendor complete some work; wait for walls to be framed and then complete project. This all transpired wtih minimal ado.

Although the cost was higher than the initial estimate due to some issues, it has been 9 months and all work was completed. Oh, there was no valve installed to allow access for rotorooter. I had to pay another plumber 600 bucks to install access right where Jon did his work, when my plumbing was backing up for unrelated reasons.

Jon Debelak is the plumber that Jeff of Cream City Tile likes to work with. When we contracted Jeff to re-tile our tub surround he set up the plumber. After working with one service tech to select the fixtures, deer season hit and a completely different tech (Jon himself) came out to do the work. Apparently there hadn't been a lot of communication between the two and Jon was unaware of the scope of the project. His work seemed rushed because he had to get to other jobs. When he left, however, everything seemed fine. A few weeks later I noticed a metallic ping in the basement, immediately under the first-floor bathroom. I suppose it was fortunate that there was a large stew pot that some dripping water hit. I called the tile guy and he came out to inspect. He found a leak in the solder that attached the pipe going vertically from the mixing valve to the shower head. A call to the plumbing company resulted in a service call from a third plumber. The third plumber is the youngest on the staff and is very meticulous. He is also very courteous. Whenever he entered our home he took his boots off so as to not make snowy tracks (the first time he came out was during a blizzard). He quickly diagnosed the leak and re-soldered the joint after thoroughly cleaning it. He also noticed a problem with the diverter. The model we got has a push button diverter next to the handle rather than it being on the spout. He called Moen and had a replacement in less than a day. He came back and installed in no time. The cost was $70 - Trip charge $110 hr labor x 3.5 hours $365 parts Total cost was $850 after taxes. The first experience with them was less than stellar since the leak occurred. However, they stand behind their work and will come back multiple times without any charge whatsoever. I would recommend them if you need a good plumber. The cost of plumbing labor is ridiculous regardless of who you use but the cost does include a "warranty" that is nice to have.

Work completed immediately and very professionally. The job was completed in less than two hours. We have used Dave from Debelak for all of our plumbing needs. I highly recommend this company.

I felt the plumber who responded was "taking orders" from his phone calls to the office to charge me as much as they possibly could and truthfully just plain overcharge! I don't blame the guy who showed up, it was obviously the main office telling him to double charge me on several of the tasks performed!

My house is nearly 50 years old and had all galvanized water pipes. I was experiencing problems with rust and an increasing number of pin hole leaks that I was fixing with pipe clamps. The last leak caused a considerable mess and cleanup effort, prompting me to get bids for re-plumbing the whole house. I went to Angie's List and request 3 proposals. Jon DeBelak plumbing was the best price and Dave Sauer, the estimator, was very professional and helpful explaining the "what and why" for certain repair parameters. Dave tested the water during his estimate and determined I did NOT need an iron filter. Dave Sauer and another plumber named Dave did the actual replacement and repair work. They started the job on A Monday. They worked daily from 7:30 to 4:00 and finished at noon on Thursday. They cleaned up and hauled away all used materials leaving my house like new, at least from a plumbing standpoint. I doubt that I will ever need a plumber again but if I do, Jon DeBelak will be my first call.

The work went very well. The only issue I had was that he took little while to remove the old water heater but he did for sure. I thought his price was fair.

We weren’t at home. We just called them and left them the keys for our well. Things were coordinated and everything was fine. When we got back we were actually able to plunk when we stopped by.

We've used them for decades; it has been almost 20 years. They are very gracious in coming as soon as they can if we have a problem. We had an emergency requirement and they came on a Saturday. They are very responsible. They follow through. They are reliable and dependable people. We were very pleased with the price because the owner was accommodating. They are honest and thorough. They send out good workers and some are repeats that we've known for years. We would highly recommend them. We will definitely continue to use them.
