Jim's Concrete Service

We had Jim come out for an estimate because we needed a 14 x 15 concrete patio slab added on to our existing patio. He is very honest and gave us a good price, So we went ahead with the job and Jim and his crew came out within a week and completed the work in about 6 hours. We are very happy with the results. I was looking for a crew to pour and finish sidewalks and slabs that I had formed. Jim Muckerheide showed up within a day of my request to discuss the job and quote. As soon as weather permitted, his crew arrived and did the job. He has a very professional crew and the work was excellent. Jim was a pleasure to work with. Contractors like him are hard to find. He treats his customers like family.

Scheduling the work was informal, but it only took a couple weeks for Jim and his crew to begin the job, and they did the work quickly and beautifully. Jim always answered his phone, and gave us a general idea of his schedule, so we weren't left wondering if or when he was going to show up. He was friendly, professional, and really knows his trade. We also needed some other jobs done, and Jim recommended a great (and reasonably priced) contractor to do that work as well.

Jim had great ideas on how we could improve the drainage of water away from the house. He and his crew were extremely punctual, did the work exactly as described and kept the mess to a minimum. He was done in 4 work days, despite the cold spring in WI. We felt the price was excellent! We will definitely call Jim again if we need any concrete work.
