Salesperson, Rocky was responsive and easy to deal with. He was knowledgeable about windows and explained options well. Installers were efficient. Carl knew what he was doing and kept us informed. He engaged us in discussions regarding installation options. Everyone kept to the schedule they described. We choose windows with the sash at 1/3 of the height of the window (as opposed to in the middle) and etched glass. Not all providers offered these. Turned out nice. I did not get many other quotes so I don't really know if better deals were available, but we felt we got a good deal.

Everything went well from sales through installation. The price was competitive with other quotes I got for comparable materials. The workmanship looks good from what I can see on a 2 story home. The crew was on time and moved quickly, cleaning as they go along. They were professional and courteous while doing the installation. When all is said & done, I feel we got an excellent quality roof and installation for a fair price, without any damage or mess left behind. I will call Exterior Pros again when I need any other exterior work on our home.

Everything went very smoothly from start to finish. Carl, the sales rep, did a great job of showing us the various roofing options and providing us details on the products to help us to make our final decision. Installation went very well. The old roofs were torn off and new ones put on all on the same day. The installers did a GREAT job of cleaning up after the job was complete. The gutters were installed two days later and that went well also. Great company to work with. I would definitely recommend them.

Exterior Pros just replaced ALL my house windows-in February-and I am very pleased. It will be great to have no more drafts in winter and the ability to open all my windows as desired in summer. I needed my kitchen on the third day of the project so asked them to start there. Well, to my surprise, the kitchen windows were replaced by 10:30 and all the inside window work for the whole house was done by the end of the day! We wanted to save as much of our 1940s wood as possible and they made that happen. The new windows look great with the wood. Shawn did a great job matching the old stain and repairing 70 years of damage to the window sills. We had a great crew with Carl, Shawn, and Andy. Everyone knew their tasks, they anticipated each others' needs and helped one another cheerfully. Carl, especially, was a master and met every challenge with a smile and a beautiful outcome and worked so hard and long in the cold I wanted to send him home to warm up! In the last days of the project the crew did all the outside work. The results are beautiful! As they worked they cleaned and the house and yard looked great during the entire project. Even our neighbors commented on the efficiency of the crew and the overall beauty of the project. We are now considering additional work to make the rest of the house match the new windows and would not hesitate to hire Exterior Pros again.

We have been working with Exterior Pros since we purchased our home over four years ago. They have replaced our roof, gutters, doors and siding since then. We have been extremely pleased with their work and this is the reason we continue to do business with them. The workers are prompt and professional and do a good job keeping the work area clean. Prompt responses from the office with much professionalism. Fair prices and good quality material. I really like the warranties that come with their work!!

The install went well. The installer noticed that the windows weren't weighted properly and contact the manufacturer for an immediate repair.

I graded them a B overall because it took so long for the order to come in and the work wasn't finished until August. The work done was good, so I would possibly use them again if needed.

After getting multiple estimates for our roof project, we decided to go with Exterior Pros, LLC. They offered the most competitive quote, and David Fuhlbright's salesmanship was thorough, yet not high pressure. We signed the work order in mid-April, knowing it would be 6-8 weeks before they would be able to schedule the project. David estimated it would be a one-day project. We did request they get the project done 1) before June 1st or after June 23rd to accommodate some travel plans, and 2) on a Tues/Thurs to ensure one of us was home while they were here. They were able to accommodate both requests, and we were notified that the roofing team would be out on Tues, May 31st. Being the day after Memorial Day, we were returning to town that very day, and were not present for most of the work. There were scattered showers that day, and we found the team working on the the shingle replacement under a tarp, on our roof, when we got back to town. To make a long story short, the majority of the actual roof replacement was completed on May 31st. However, the finishing work was poor. We made several calls to Exterior Pros to have these items addressed. This included: replacing the W valleys on the front of the house due to bent flashing; having new flashing tacked over the old flashing on the sides of the rear dormer to ensure clean lines instead of bent metal; another crew to come out and take out the attic fan that they failed to do on May 31st; 3 days with a dumpster full of shingles in our driveway and another crew to fix the landscaping that was torn up by said dumpster; replacement of 2 downspouts and paint touch up to the gutters that were scratched during the project; and another trip out to cover gaps at the top of the dormer flashing where there was still exposed siding. In the end, a one-day project took nearly 6 weeks of phone calls and follow up before it was fixed. We are happy to be done with this project. It looks acceptable. However, we will not be using Exterior Pros in the future due to the lack of attention to detail and less-than-ideal follow up on their part.

It went very smoothly. The crew worked 11+ hours in sweltering heat to get a good chunk of the work completed the first day. They came back for 4+ hours the next day, again in the sweltering heat, to finish the job! And it looks awesome!

The job went very well. Punctual, fast and efficient. House looks great after removal of cedar siding that was over 25 years old. Salesman helped us pick out the colors that turned out great.

It went great. They hit a few snags drilling the footings because of some large rocks and went the extra mile to make it work. Then when building the screened in deck it self they came up with several enhancement ideas that were excellent added touches that didn't cost us anything extra. Like adding a decorative shelf just above the screen which looks great and we could use for decorations. In several instances they came up with a couple of different option ideas and then let us decide exactly how we preferred it. Thye had excellent workmanship as you could tell they took pride in their work. You can tell when they make sure everything is perfectly square and plumb. We are so excited about our new room and look forward to enjoying it for years to come. We've done roof, gutters, the screened in deck that required new roof lines to be built and interfacing with existing roof lines. All of which was done expertly. We highly recommend them. In fact we already have neighbor using them as well.

Just wanted to send a thank you to Exterior Pros and the painters who did an excellent job on my house. They provided a service I was not expecting by moving all my furniture and replacing it when the project was finished. They worked with my budget and had the project completed in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with the work and would recommend Exterior Pros .

Exterior Pros did an excellent overall job. They were very good to work with (Mostly attributable to Sean S. the PM). They came onsite, went through my list of over 60 questions for them, answered them honestly, and put the answers as an addendum to the contract. When the job was done, they did a great job cleaning up (still found a few nails afterwards, but that is somewhat to be expected). They were very flexible with when the work was to be completed, and were able to work with me to find some flexible options for the dumpster, and shingle delivery. Overall an "A-" job for a "C-" (Just below average) price.

First the good: They were quick to respond to my request for an appointment. Gave me thorough information during the estimate. The workers who did the roof were extremely hard working, prompt, worked long days to get it done quickly. The gutter people were in and out in one day. Although I know very little about roof replacement, It looks like they did a nice job with the roof,. It definitely looks nice. The gutters look great too and work well. Now, the average: The price was comparable. Although my job was expensive, the estimate and final price were within the average of the others I got. Now the poor: First, the estimate I was given at the initial consultation of the time that they would begin the work was not consistent with what actually happened, They were about a week behind that, and not really a weather related reason for the delays. Since I needed this to get done in order to finish some other projects, the delay was annoying. Second: The followup. After the project was completed, a couple things needed attention. Old Gutters were left laying in my driveway. Cleanup was not completed in the back of my house. I waited a day thinking someone was going to call me with the plan for taking care of that. Getting no call, I called to point it out. I didn't think I should have had to chase them down for that kind of followup. Someone came back and fixed most of the problems, but not one that I had pointed out. It involved replacing part of a covering for the fascia, which had fallen off. It didnt get fixed during the repair so it was one of the items I called about after. At that point, the person who came out replaced the boards underneath but not the actual covering. I called again twice and have had no response or anyone come out to deal with it. The last thing I rate as poor was the cleanup. There were lots of little shreds of metal from the gutters left in my driveway. I had to call because nothing had been picked up in the back of the garage and there were roof scraps laynig around. Then in the couple weeks since the repair I am constantly finding roofing nails, FIVE in my driveway, an entire bunch dropped in a side yard, and many around the perimeter of my house. Its a miracle we have not had a flat tire or someone's foot punctured. I would expect to find a few, but not as many as I have and definitely not FIVE in the driveway! So that is why I give them a C overall. In choosing this provider I relied heavily on the reviews on this site, so I want to make sure the next person has this feedback. I would think carefully about whether I hired them again. This survey wont let me pick "unsure" as an answer to would I use them again so if I have to pick yes or no, I guess I need to say no. The quality of the work was good, and the price was fair, but they did leave some loose ends and were non-responsive at the end.

Work started well past contracted date. Work was declared completed but they neglected to install 3 roof vents included in contract. Neglected to advise me to cover personal property stored in attic. Took me inestimable hours to clean up mess. Dumpster left in street for weeks after job was completed.

They're okay. At the end of the day, the guys who came through did a good job but they screwed up the order a couple of different times and it was actually kind of frustrating. The one tech who came and did the door eventually did a nice job. It was a traumatic process for him and it made us feel uncomfortable so we're not that happy with them. The price was fair.

Mitch was great! he got the job done in an hour. the roof looks great and I don't have water leaking in to my house anymore!

Exterior Pros is as the name implies, pros. We shopped for windows and then interviewed contractors to find the right fit. After finding Exterior Pros on Angie?s list with a high ranking and lots of reviews on Carl that were excellent, Dave came into our home to discuss exterior pros windows, their process and what would work best in our home. I felt immediately comfortable with him and how he explained the daunting process of replacement windows. After deciding to have them replace all of our windows, I talked to Carl. He spoke with me as if my business mattered and really went out of his way to meet our needs. Then I met Ben, who is a craftsman who not only replaces the windows, but I believe is a true artisan in his work, going the extra mile to make things as if the home was his own, with the highest of work ethic. He measured all the areas and when the windows came in, he came into my home like a family member, protecting our home and conscious of leaving any imprint except the one we desired that would last for years. When I think of the process of having all my windows replaced, Exterior Pros made it all seem a little less intimidating. Most people try to live their life by the Golden Rule, but I feel the team at Exterior Pros follow the Platinum Rule, which is to treat others they way they want to be treated....which means you need to truly listen to others needs, identify them and fulfill those needs. Thank you to Ben, Carl and Dave for a smooth process. The windows are beautiful as well.

Usually companies take awhile to get back to you, so I was surprised at how David and Sean were incredibly responsive to my calls and questions. They came out promptly to see the roof and give a quote. I needed a roof in order to sell my home - I had to hurry to get it done before closing- and they worked so hard to get their crew out before this year's first snow. In any other case, I would have been nervous about it getting done but they gave me their firm word, called to let me know what was going on, and sure enough, they had the roof on in no time. They did the work very professionally and everything was way cleaner and looked better than before they came out!! I will call them again for sure. Also- the roof looks great- the color they suggested is really nice and three dimensional.
