Exterior Pros

The entire process took longer than we (and they) had planned, but that was mainly due to the village inspector's "over-the-top" demands (22" diameter footings for a one story deck - really??) along with weather conditions. All In all, everything turned out beautifully. We would not hesitate to hire Exterior Pros again (and probably will).

We replaced our 1954 home's original wood front door (drafty!) with a new energy efficient door that we selected with Exterior Pros. They had an excellent price point in our budget range, and provided quality workmanship. They were timely, and the job site was kept very clean from debris and when our doorbell failed to reconnect properly, they replaced that, as it was working prior to their reconnection and then it stopped. Very pleased with the integrity and workmanship. Will definitely consider them for our next exterior project.

Went very well. The guys got here before the windows. They moved what ever they needed moved. They were professional and really busted their butts all day. 10 windows installed, and cleaned up in one day.

Always issues with weather on these outside jobs, but Exterior Pros worked hard to satisfy my needs and the tenant's need. Great work!

I showed Rob two things that bothered me when the job was complete: gouges in our cedar siding from a downspout bracket that had been torn away from the house and section of our picket fence broken from (again) downspout replacement. He didn't know what to do, so we'll repair these on our own. However, I called him 2 weeks later to say I discovered 8 long scratches on our deck window (when I washed my windows after the crews had left). That was 3 months ago, and he has said he doesn't know what to do but he'll do something before the cold weather comes...he doesn't show up when he says he will but does call to apologize. Nice guy, but not a good communicator. How can a roofing company not have a plan in place to address a problem like window scratches (dropped shingles)? Yet they find plenty of time to send multiple emails about taking surveys to rate them.

From beginning to completion, our experience with Exterior Pros has been excellent. Carl, the salesman was clear, polite, and laid out all the details. The roofers were amazing, They came on time, got right to work, and the first day put in a 12+ hour day because rain was in the forecast for the next day They made sure everything was secure and cleaned up before they left. The second time they came, they also put in another 12+ hour day. They were all hardworking and efficient.

It took them only one day to tear off roof on both house and garage and install new roof. Gutters were installed by a different crew and, therefore, the installation was done on a different day (was supposed to be the next day, but rain pushed installation back a few extra days). During tear-off, roofers left tar marks on the house on 3 sides from tossing old shingles carelessly. Crew also ran out of gas for their generator late in the day. We offered our lawnmower gas. My husband and I left for dinner out while the crew was finishing up. They left with our gas can. When we received the final invoice and sign-off paperwork by email, we let the company know that generally we were pleased with the work but asked that someone follow up with us regarding these issues. Our email was passed along to the man who scheduled the crews. After waiting a few days for a call, I finally called him. He was completely unaware of the issues. Apparently he doesn't check email frequently! When I told him about the issues, though, he did take care of them the same day. While my husband and I were both at work, a crew stopped out and removed the tar marks and left us a new gas can--filled with gas. So, while we encountered a few issues, Exterior Pros made it right. I would definitely consider using them again.

It went very well!! The exterior doors were all pre-hung as were the 2 screen doors. All colors we picked closely matched the decor / colors of our home. I am very impressed with the quality of the fit and finish of each unit. All locks and handsets keyed the same. However, one of the doors locks had to be rekeyed to match the others. This only took 8 minutes!! I would definitely recommend Exterior Pros to those seeking a professional installation of high quality exterior doors. Good Job!!

Everything went very smoothly. I plan to hire them again in the future when it comes time to replace some windows.

All went well. Jeff in the bidding /sales process was patient and thorough in explaining the how and what of the job. Crew did a fine job with the install all in one day. Had issue with final clean up but Rob showed up the next day to satisfy my concern. Would definitely hire again!

The salesman employed tried to hyper-inflate the price of the door we had chosen. He claimed it was an $8500 door but a simple online search showed the door to be typically priced around $3000. After he started arguing we were forced to ask he leave our house.

Overall we had a very unpleasant experience with Exterior pros. We had hail damage on our roof in May and they came to our door, so we had them look and they said we had hail damage. We filed a claim with insurance. They initially were very responsive. It was slightly irritating when they sent someone else, other than the person who looked at our roof initially, to look at the damage with our insurance company. This person didn't even go on the roof with the insurance adjuster and was essentially useless. Our claim was approved so not a big deal. We signed the contract for them to do the work. Later another contractor stopped at our house and told us we had hail damage to our windows. This was not noticed by Exterior pros. We had to have insurance come out again. The contract we signed with them stated the work was to be completed by 11/12. Approximately mid-October I contacted them, as I hadn't heard from them in some time, just to see if there was anything else I needed to do. They stated "no" and said we were slated to have our roof done very soon. Now after mid-November I tried contacting them an additional two times, to which I was always told the project manager would get back to me. Finally (after about a week) they contacted me and explained they had some issues with getting gutters in stock and had some other excuses. They finally scheduled me for mid December. I stated my displeasure with them at this point and stated I didn't mind the delay but really did not like the lack of information being relayed to me. The roof was finally complete. I really hope the roof is okay but I am not a professional and really doubt it based on the work performed. There were numerous nails and pieces of shingles left in our driveway and around our house. They left a random cable hanging from the side of our house from an old satellite dish that was removed. We had a tree sapling on the side of our house that noticed was broken from possibly falling debris. I had all of our Christmas lights up on our gutters, to which they removed and when they left for the day they were just dangling and disconnected. They did not even replace the gutters but still took the lights off. I did not have time to replace them before Christmas. They also left a pile of supplies in our front yard that they stated someone would come pick up. A week and a half later I called as we were having company for Christmas and I did not want the supplies in my yard. I was told they would not be able to get them before Christmas, so there they sat until after the holidays. The only reason I give them a D is because the roof was actually completed. Overall I was very dissatisfied with the work done and would highly recommend against this company.

Very well. The crew came out and got to work immediately. They were finished by late afternoon, and my roof looks beautiful. I will definately use them again.

It went very well! I had a hard completion date that was hard to meet due to the extreme rainy season but the Exterior Pro's staff worked hard to meet my deadline. The results were fabulous and my home looks brand new.

Work was completed when outdoor winter conditions allowed them to do the work. Quality of the work, price, and installed product were excellent.

It went Awesome. Carl told me that my roof was in great shape and not to worry. I had another 10+ years on it. He took care of the nails pushing up and he didn't charge me a cent! He just asked that I keep them in mind the next time I need something done on my roof. I would recommend them to everyone.

After reading my review, Rob from exterior pros called me to find out if there was anything they could do to make it better. He was nice about it. I discussed some additional problems (that I didn't list above) and he agreed to email the information I need for the Owens-Corning warranty. I offered to update my Angie's review rating but it's been 2 weeks and nothing. He seemed sincere but apparently it was just empty talk.

IT WENT GREAT, IT WAS DONE IN 2 DAYS & IT LOOKED FLAWLESS. THE WORKERS DID A GREAT JOB. 11 WINDOWS ALSO GOT FINISHING TOO. THE PROJECT MANAGER WAS ON THE JOB TOO MAKING SURE THE WORK WAS GETTING DONE.

A crew of 10 showed up at 7:30 am on the scheduled date of 6/22/17. A number of the crew appeared to be college and high school age (good work ethic for their summer job). The crew was fast and efficient and was completely done with the whole job by 11:30 am. They did a good job of cleaning up. I questioned a few discrepancies with the roof which Exterior Pros was quick to resolve to my satisfaction.

An overall great experience. Mario and his crew showed up at 7:30am sharp and began work immediately. Rob the project manager was on hand to answer questions with knowledge and experience. Everything was covered up with tarp or boards, so nothing took on any damage. Four on the roof and one on the ground (to pick up debris as it fell off the roof during tear down) made for a very efficient crew (and the music was great as well). The new material showed up right on time and by 5pm the new roof (27 squares) was installed including a new ridge vent that was cut into the garage's roof. I gave them my deposit after signing a contract and was told they needed to come back for final measurements. It has now been over a month. I finally emailed them and they are coming next week to take care of the measurements. I had used them before for the same property and they did a wonderful job. I am disappointed that someone dropped the ball this time with taking care of me in a timely matter.
