Exterior Pros installed a new roof on the main part of the house, as well as six new vents, and they did good job. And cleaned up after themselves. They also installed new gutters. There is just a couple minor issues; however, we are working them out the owners and should have them resolved within a day or two.
Description of Work: A new roof on main part of roof, six or seven new roofing vents, flashing around chimney, and new gutters all the way around the house. Please note: My husband was very specific on how the new gutters were to be installed. Therefore, a diagram was drawn on the paperwork, so there would not be any confusion.

Response from Exterior Pros
We have responded to all emails and calls from the members. We have had a difficult time getting call backs to resolve the home owners issues. They have been overwhelmed with the loss of a family member and asked Sean to come out the second week of September to correct their concerns. Today is September 4th the same day we received this review. We will do whatever the homeowner asks to make them happy. I will address the home owners concerns as follows. The gutters and downspouts were installed as requested. The extension on one of the downspouts is facing the correct way which is downhill. The home owner wants the extension facing another direction. This is very easily solved and will be corrected at our next meeting. The vents on the home are installed to the manufacturers specifications. All roofers put the vents on the back of the home for aesthetic purposes. It does not matter if we put the vents on the front or back. We would be happy to move them to the front of the home but it would not look good. The mess in the attic is also very common. They do have an older home that has old deck boards that have spacing between them. They do not have a finished attic and it would be impossible to keep debris from the old roof from falling through or to prevent nails from cracking them. Sean did agree to go back and clean it up. Sean is a very competent production manager and we have never had a compliant on him. Sean has been in charge or thousands of jobs for us and he has done an awesome job. We don't feel that the complaints offered in this review are to the level of the grade that we received but we will do what ever the homeowner wants to make them happy.

They gave us a very reasonable quote for the work. The installers took 2 days to install the windows which we thought was strange since the sales guy said it should take 1 guy a couple of hours to do the work. Later we found out that their main window installer was out sick so they sent guys that are not as well versed in window installation. End result was they left the windows dirty, forgot the stops in the picture window, and did not calk the windows. We called the owner and he apologized for the issues and promptly remedied the issues. Although the installation was rocky the owner did everything he could to to make sure we were happy in the end. I would use them again but maybe make sure the main window installer was on the job.

They replaced old leaky gutters, downspouts, added hinged extensions, and a matching shingle type leaf protection. The windows were old wood windows. The tenant was complaining about high heating cost. After replacement the tenant actually wrote me a letter stating that they definitely noticed the difference. Great company with respectful and clean crews. Very reasonably priced.
Description of Work: Replaced Gutters and added leaf protection on our 2 story duplex. Also replaced the upper 13 windows.

They started tear off as I was leaving for work and when I got home that evening the job was finished and cleaned up. James Gregg kept his word and met the price of the lowest bid I had received and also included a skylight that wasn't in his original bid but was in the original bid of a competitor. A nice guy to deal with.
