Exterior Pros replaced the roof over our ranch house, which had experienced some hail damage. Sales manager, Gary, was very professional and explained everything in detail. Work was finished in just over two weeks after the contract was signed. Crew arrived promptly on the scheduled date and completed the work on our 5300 sq. ft roof in less than two days, working late on the first day. Workmen were skilled, efficient, respectful and cleaned up the area around the house meticulously. Dumpster was removed the day after completion. Workmanship and materials used were of the highest quality and the new roof looks great. We are extremely pleased with Exterior Pros and highly recommend them.

It was an Angie's list special in that you purchased the service at the time and they complete it at a later date. This company was in constant contact with me and there were no hidden costs or issues that developed later. The job itself was done in a very quality manner as was the clean up afterwards. I certainly will use them again.

I had received numerous quotes for this job as it was quite large and of a larger dollar amount. Exterior Pros was not only one of the most competitive offers but also offered a great product in the Berkshire windows and had great responsiveness and punctuality for all work done. The only negatives were two fold. The first was that it took longer than typical for the windows to come in but that was largely to do with they non-typical dimensions of the windows and for that Exterior Pro's cannot be to blame. The other negative was that the week of the install they had run into some issues on their previous job which delayed their ability to make the install date. I was notified that this was due to extensive termite damage and understandably it is hard to anticipate unseen damages until you begin the work. They did contact me and discussed the situation in a timely manner and we were able to get a new install date set of which they were very flexible on and hit. When the install came it went very smooth and the installer was very informative and was sure to give us updates of progress and best practices to ensure the life of the windows. In short I would recommend Exterior Pros to everyone I know and would most definitely use them in the future.

ExteriorPros took off my existing roof which had 2 layers of tiles and put roofing felt down and tiled the roof beautifully. The chimney flashing was done expertly. In addition, they installed two Velux roof windows and tiled the garage as well. I would highly recommend ExteriorPros for any roofing needs. Even my neighbours asked for their cards because of how impressed they were about their service. They cleaned up afterwards and you would never know the work had been done.

They contacted us and provided an on-site quote within 2 days of sending them a message via Angie's List. Three companies promised to contact us within 24 hours, but heard nothing. The quote representative was very professional, listened to our needs and questions, and provided several options... went with their excellent Angie's List special. They called the next day to schedule work to be performed 1 week later. Our house is 2 story colonial with attached garage. The roofers arrived at 7:30am and left by 2:30pm. They cleaned up everything and the work looks fantastic. I'll definitely look at this company for other house improvements.

They did a spectacular job for the roof replacement for the shingles and I'm happy with that service. I'm not totally thrilled with the gutter service and I had to call them back. I just think they did okay. I would recommend them for roofing but I would do my gutters else where.

Excellent from first contact. Service was on time, professionally installed, Beautiful product! Our installer even washed the windows before leaving. We could not be happier. We will have them back to do additional windows.

Sales guy was excellent, explained everything in detail. The crew did a nice job with the install of the roof, another crew did a great job with the gutters. The roofing crew was good but left a lot of materials lying around, excess shingles and nails, that my neighbor wasn't too happy with. To be honest, they finished when it was dark out, so I can't blame them too much for missing some stuff. It was great of them to work late and finish the roofing in one day. The gutter crew was excellent and had everything cleaned up the next day that the roofing crew left behind. I would definitely recommend this company to any of my friends or neighbors.

The pricing was direct & straight forward, measurments done the same day, installer came within about two -three weeks. Very professional- did an exceptional job, includiing clean-up. One screen was faulty, business ordered, and will install upon receipt. I have full trust that the screen will be installed as promised. Extremely happy with windows & install.

The project went beautifully. The company contacted me to set up a date, the workers arrived on time, and company representatives stayed in contact with me throughout the project. The entire roofing crew did such an excellent job that I called the owner of the company to express my satisfaction. The yard was left so clean, that I almost wondered if they could do the inside of the house, also. Very professional, very competent, and no radio blasting.

The night before, we'd had a terrible rain storm and the upstairs guest bathroom was leaking like we'd busted a water pipe. The next day, I called several roofers and Exterior Pros were able to come out that day. It was determined that the plastic cover for the exhaust vest was cracked and water was collecting inside the vent. Everything was clean out and a metal cover was installed. I appreciate Sean coming out on short notice to fix leak and Carl for setting the whole thing up for me.

Contractor did a great job of communication and speed of the job. They followed my request to not use a dumpster and immediately remove the old roof. They quickly were able to identify some extra issues with the underlayment, inform me, and take care of asap. Best part was that they cleaned up afterwards impeccably...the best I've ever seen a roofer do. Would use again.

After receiving multiple quotes from other contractors, Exterior Pro's quote (via an Angie's List deal) was $4,000 less than the next lowest bidder. Thinking this was too good to be true and certain that service or product would be compromised, I approached the project with a very cynical attitude. However, the customer service - from sales to installation - was perfect. The product installed was equivalent, if not better, than other contractors. The work was scheduled within a couple weeks as opposed to the several month lead time I was quoted with other contractors. The work was completed in 2 days. This is the way we want all contractors to operate - they should be a model for other contractors. I encourage anyone in the market for a new roof to at least solicit a quote from Exterior Pros.

Very short notice that they were starting due to a cancellation. Fast, efficient, great clean up.

They did my roofing on 10th of April, starting siding, replacing my windows, and gutters from May 19 to May 26.

If you want a contractor that does quality work at a reasonable price, this is the one. Workers were very polite and courteous and so was management. They accomplished everything we wanted at a time convenient to them and us. They were very conscious of doing a quality job and meeting all our needs. All our questions concerning the job were answered and we were fully aware of what the job entailed. The job took about five days and there was very little inconvenience to us. Once in a while you get a winner like this.

Exterior Pros was so great to work with. From the initial estimate to the job completion every person I had contact with was professional and did everything they committed to doing the in the time frame I was given. Because I had a leak in my roof, they even fit me in the schedule early so I would not have to go the entire winter with the leak. As soon as there was a break in the weather, Exterior Pros called me to get my roof done. The entire roof replacement took a day and half and this was only because in Wisconsin, the days in winter are very short (it gets dark at 4:30). So they came the next morning to complete the job. I would definitely recommend Exterior Pros. My insurance company paid for part of my roof so my total out of pocket was significantly less.

I ended up not needing the service and requested a refund from Angie's List. They were very responsive and communicated very well with me though.

Overall things went very well. They came out right away to provide an estimate and were accommodating to my schedule. The day of the install there was a scheduling mix-up but they had someone come out the next day. Pleased with the result and happy that they offered the Big Deal.

Overall we are satisfied with the work. The major problem we had was clean up. The crew didnt spend very much time with the rolling magnet in our front yard and driveway and we had to pick up at least 75 nails (very obvious nails) by hand on our driveway and lawn area just so our animals could go outside. We called and asked the project manager to come back out and instead of bringing the rolling magnet back when he came, he walked around the house by hand looking- not what we asked for. We are certain we are going to have to rent a rolling magnet in the spring just to make sure our kids and animals can go play outside. The company seems to be in the middle of some "growing pains"; too much work to be done with the recent hail storms in 53150 and the surounding areas. They seemed overloaded with work which lead to breakdown in communication at times. The sales team is friendly, however, it is very clear they are on commission. We were offered referral credit promises from the sales team that were never received. Even after we had referred several neighbors we werent even offered upgrade credits. Since our insurance was paying for the vast majority of the work we do feel that often we were not given the same courtesy as a customer who was paying outright would have had. Because of this, we would likely not choose them again. However, the work they did is solid as far as we can tell and dont think the problem is their skills or ability to complete a repair, it was the communication and lack of clean up that would lead us to choose someone else.

After some initial delay, the work has been done and was very well. Everything was done great.

Things got off to a good start. I called to inquire about their "Big Deal" offered through Angie's List, however, I needed more work done than was provided in the offer. Carl Felton came out on time to take measurements and provided a timely quote. He was courteous, professional, & not "pushy". The Revere Berkshire windows offered were one of THE highest rated at Consumer Reports. After signing the contract, his installers (Paul, Eric, & Jake) came out within two days to finalize measurements. When the windows came in, they did a fabulous job of installing them. For one thing, they were able to perform 100% of the work WITOUT needing my window treatments to be removed & reinstalled. This was a HUGE time savings for me, and one that Carl hadn't mentioned when he sold me the job. When subsequently told Carl about this, he said he doesn't like to mention that his installers "might" be able to perform work without window treatment removal because some customers may inadvertently hear that 'window treatments don't need removal FOR SURE' ... in other words, Exterior Pros under-promised & over-performed. Having a crew rip out one's existing windows must be one of the more stressful things to experience in life. Yet Paul & his team did this expertly, without drama, and with great care to minimize disruption to my family. All in all, this was a first class installation with a top product & competitive price. BTW, weeks earlier, I'd contacted a competitor (FELDCO) for a quote ... their rep came out, took up several hours of my time, failed to bid the complete job, started the classic "hard sell", then never followed up & called back as he said he would.

It went well they were prompt and completed work in a day.

They did a good job. The only thing is that in the initial stages when they actually did the work they weren’t keeping me abreast of the status of when I had the work scheduled. It was all kind of left in the dark to what happened. I had called them a couple of times they finally scheduled the work. That was the only thing. They did not do a good job of keeping the customer abreast of scheduling and that is what I think they were poor at. I had some other work done other than the Big Deal offer.
