Description of Work: They installed a new window in our living room. There was a problem not the fault of Exterior Pros but the manufacturer of the window. They contacted them, they came out and repairs were made as necessary. It was a cosmetic issue but they never asked for the final payment until I was satisfied. Everyone who responded was professional.

Description of Work: I had my roof, siding, gutters, and windows completed by Exterior Pro's. Cost was good but made the experience great was the people and the crews. They were on site when they said the would, workmanship was awesome. The crews were professional and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: Sean from Exterior Pros came over to look at the job. It was determined that it was too small since I wanted to provide my own tile. Sean was completely professional and friendly. He gave me a good idea of what the job would actually cost and I'll proceed from there. Based on my experience with Sean, should I require any exterior services, I would definitely go to this company for a bid.

Description of Work: They shingled our roof on account of hail damage. The old shingles were torn off and new shingles, vents, etc. were put on. They came at sun-up and completed entire job including clean up by dusk. the dumpster was gone in two days.

Description of Work: While we feel the parent company has been willing to work with us to solve the multiple problems we've encountered we were not aware at the beginning that they outsource the actual labor to poorly vetted workers. These guys arrived mid morning to supposedly complete a complicated roofing job in one day at a time of year when daylight is limited. One of the workers was apparently in some state of impairment and a loud argument ensued during which we heard"you almost fell off the roof". A couple of hours later the work actually began and continued well past dark. The second day I called the company to ask if there was a project manager and was told one would be out. To their credit they did send an intelligent young man out quite soon but the project continued to go downhill. Five days later after continuing late arrivals,issues of toileting in our yard ( we weren't keen on allowing a herd of men to troop through the house to use our bathroom,especially since there is a gas station right down the street, plus at the time there was a porta potty set up for some roadworkers)and working way after dark with no means of light,so how were they able to apply roofing accurately,we were told the job was completed. The next day my husband discovered that rubber had not been applied to a hatch and we ran our magnet over the yard and driveway and picked up almost 200 nails. The project manager came out,apologized,and informed us that they were not using that crew again and that somebody from the company would be out to apply the rubber roofing. By that time it was mid November with temps in the teens and howling winds and we decided for the safety of the workers and integrity of the adhesive that it would be better to wait until spring. We have not been asked for any more money since the down payment and would like to believe this company will make good. The roof that is completed is fine and we've seen no leaks,and thank goodness we had the equipment to find the nails before our car tires were damaged. Would like to redo this review after everything is done in the spring because it is not my intent to damage the reputation of this company.

Description of Work: When I discovered a hole in my roof, first thing I did was check Angie's List for a roofing deal. Finding Exterior Pros, was a fantastic buy, $6500 for a new roof would be great. Unfortunately my roof was a couple hundred square feet larger than what was covered in the deal. That was fine though as I was still able to apply the Angie's List deal to the cost. I also chose to upgrade some of the materials used to extend the warranty from 30 years to a transferable 50 year warranty. | |I called Exterior Pros the morning after buying the deal. Their representative met me that evening after work. It took a couple days to workout the schedules with the weather, he called me back to ask if I minded them working on it on a Sunday, I didn't. Thursday the roofing materials were delivered to my roof. Friday they delivered a dumpster. Sunday at 8 am the crew arrived and started setting up. At a neighbor respecting 9 am they began working on the roof. At 6 pm I was looking at a completely new roof. | |Yea I would use these guys again.

Description of Work: Removed and replaced two double hung windows. I'd had a third window replaced by another company a year ago, was happy with them but I needed to save money. With Angies List Deal, I ended up saving about $100 per window. Exterior Pros were pleasant, professional, responsive, etc. The windows themselves seem nice enough, but the installation results were not as good as my experience with other company had been. Exterior Pros moved things to give themselves access to outside of window, but didn't move them back. The left debris outside the house (cleaned up OK inside). The interior molding they put in was crudely mitered, nail holes unfilled, no calking to fill the gaps. It looks like a do-it-yourself project, while the windows done the year before looks smooth and neatly finished. |

Description of Work: Moved two gutter downspouts and replaced two 14 foot sections of gutter.
