We were looking to replace our old bathtub and were pleased to find out that we could use a tub insert instead of replacing the entire tub. Exterior Pros provided us with a new looking bathtub in one day. They came took measurements and put the new liner in our tub. My kids came home and thought we actually replaced the old tub with a new one. Love the work and the *new tub* lol.

Very professional and responsive. We had a new roof put on our house and garage. Excellent product and done in one day. The only slight dings were (1) when the roofers tore off the old shingles, they put a lot of tar marks on our siding. and (2) the roofers ran out of gas to run their generator and borrowed our lawnmower gas. When they left, they took our gas can with them! However, when I was finally able to connect with the job scheduler (Rob) and explained what happened, he made things right. My husband and I came home the day I spoke with Rob and the tar marks were gone and new gas can (filled with gas) was waiting for us. I would definitely use them again.

Sales information was complete with examples of underlayment and roofing. All questions were answered. Roofers were efficient and willing to solve problems. Clean-up was thorough. Time frame from agreement to completion was three days in spite of rain delays.
