CUSTOM CARPENTRY & CABINETS

John set a schedule and did a great job of sticking with the schedule. He kept track of the subcontractors and was very responsive. I would use him again.

We were referred to John by mutual friends. John promply responded to our inquiry and arranged an appointment. Within several days he provided a quote and potential time frames for the project. We had him acquire the materials and stain and varish the woodwork. We also added a small item of filling some small holes in the two bathroom doors. He promply showed up for the appointment and finished the project within his estimated time frame. He cleaned up the bathrooms before he left. We are very satisfited with his work and the quality of material used. We anticipate using him this spring to do some deck repairs.

FANTASTIC!! That's the only way I can describe the job that John and his crew did!! My wife and I were leary about swapping the Dining Room and Kitchen placement in the house due to cost and functionality, but John explained the advantages as well as the bottom line cost, which was not going to be that much of a difference. He brought in a designer to bounce ideas off of as well as take measurements. She returned with 3 different options (not 1 and that's it!). It was tough to choose but John has plenty of experience and was extremely knowledgeable in answering our questions. We settled on a design, made some minor changes and we were off. John met with us 2 more times before the project started to get details worked out. The project started when he said he would and he gave us a calendar of his work schedule so we could track the progress. We stayed in contact throughout the entire project, either through email or by phone. The work flowed well and John was on site nearly every day. One thing that I really appreciate is his ability to help out with extras. We were putting in a patio door off of the new Dining Room and did not want to put in a deck at the time. John was not going to let us off that easy and built a temporary deck so we could enjoy our summer. That also goes for the people that work for him - his electrician was very helpful in setting up our home entertainment system in our new built in TV cabinet. Our Kitchen is twice the size of the old one and has great functionality; no one is bumping into each other the there is a great flow to the room. When it's all said and done, friends and family are just amazed at the quality of the workmanship that John and his crew put in to our house. My wife and I could not be happier and want to thank John for giving us a next to new home!!

I had an oak cabinet built to hold a center speaker and av equipment. It took about four weeks to complete from start to finish. I explained what I wanted and they created a drawing of what they would build for me. Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality of the finished product.

WE CHOSE CUSTOM CARPENTRY AND CABINETS TO REMODEL OUR BATHROOM BECAUSE OF PRICE AS WELL AS SOME OF THE PREVIOUS WORK THAT JOHN, THE OWNER SHOWED US. HE ASKED US WHAT OUR BUDGET WAS AND GAVE US IDEAS AS TO HOW WE COULD STAY WITHIN IT. WE DID SOME OF THE LEG WORK AS FAR AS GOING TO HOME DEPOT TO CHOOSE FIXTURES; A TILE AND FLOORING DISTRIBUTOR; AND A PAINT STORE TO PICK OUT OUR COLORS(THIS EXPERIENCE GAVE US A FEELING THAT WE HAD A LOT OF INPUT TO OUR NEW BATHROOM!) WE GAVE JOHN THE INFORMATION AND HE TOOK IT FROM THERE. HE AND HIS CREW WERE ON TIME EVERY DAY. HE WORKED WITH SUBCONTRACTORS FOR ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING AND TILE WORK, AND WAS AT OUR HOUSE NEARLY EVERY DAY TO CHECK ON THE WORK AND KEPT ME UPDATED. HIS TIME FRAME WAS THREE WEEKS AND WAS DONE A DAY EARLY! JOHN WAS PLEASANT TO WORK WITH, CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF EVERY DAY. WE HAVE GOTTEN NOTHING BUT RAVE REVIEWS FROM OUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS ABOUT THE QUALITY OF HIS WORK! JOHN WILL BE DOING MORE WORK AROUND MY HOUSE VERY SOON!
