Description of Work: The experience was great. Roy showed up on time and quickly diagnosed our issue as needing to replace the large garage door springs - and not a tune up (for which we had bought the Big Deal). He had the necessary materials on his person and made the replacement for us on the spot. It was a great experience and we'll be sure to use him again in the future for our garage door needs. He billed us directly for the new springs and replacement service and said to reach out to Angie's List for a refund since he had not performed a tune up.
