Description of Work: Purchased a Deal of the Day but as I suspected, the problem was more serious. Many things the previous owner of this house put in were cheap & shoddy -- garage door opener included. They advised me that it would be better to replace than repair, and bent over backwards to fit me in to their schedule. They deducted the Deal cost from the price I spent on the new opener, which was more than fair. They are extremely nice, thorough, prompt, professional, friendly, and conscientious about their family business. I would recommend them highly and, though I hope I don't need them again, I would absolutely use them again.
