Anytime Garage Doors

Great, very responsive, I had to reschedule twice and they were very accommodating. I had issues with my very old garage door rollers... they replaced the wheels and did an overall tuneup, now it works great.

I was using a coupon from Angie's List for a tuneup plus rollers replacement for $85. The person that answered the phone was very professional and even confirmed my appointment the day of the job. Dan came out and answered my questions about the garage door and double checked the sensors were lined up correctly as we'd been having some issues. He tuned up the door and saw that my rollers were in good shape and did not need to be replaced, so he took $10 off the bill to account for that. He was very professional and knowledgeable about our garage door and how to best keep it running well.

Sent an email form on Sunday 10/19/14 and they responded on Monday 10/20/14 and made an appointment for later in the day Was called later in the day to let me they were coming and came within the time frame they gave me. He gave me two alternatives to solve the problem and I chose to have a new door. I was lucky and they were able to install the door the next day 10/21/14. The door looks great and I am very happy with the service they gave me. I certainly would recommend them.

The owner called to let me know he was in his way and when he arrived he was very professional.

Came at the stated time and did the installation with no problems.

The person on the phone (not a repair person) diagnosed the problem correctly over the phone and gave me an estimate (it turned out to be $10 more, not a big deal). Two repair guys came the next day, gave my 19 year old son a lesson in garage door mechanics, and replaced the springs in 10 minutes. We were worried that we'd never tuned it up in 7 years of living in the house (and had seen all the ads for garage door tuneups on Angie's List), but they kindly told us that we could do any tuneup needed ourselves with a bottle of WD40. Very satisfied.

Perfect. Cost was very reasonable and service was exceptional.

I purchased an Angie's deal for a garage door opener, 2 remotes and keyless entry. Price was less then the three other places I contacted. I called to set up the installation and was able to get an appointment in a few days, but not a specific time just it would be sometime in the morning. When the installer arrived I had to tell him which deal I had purchased as he didn't seem to know. Installation took a couple of hours and all went well. I was not given a receipt or any paperwork for the opener which kind of bothered me. A few days later the door wouldn't close. I contacted Anytime and the installer came out to take a look at the opener and didn't find anything wrong. I continued to have problems so I called again. They suggested that I try adjusting the motion sensors. I did, but did not feel that I should need to as the opener was just installed. This did not solve the problem so the installer came back and switched the sensors. The opener has worked fine since.

The repair person called and asked if he could come a day earlier than originally scheduled. He was prompt and fixed the problem with the door.

He was very good at his Job and observation.

They did a very good job and had very good manners. However my neighbor had the same work done and she paid $25 less.

They showed up right when they said they would and had the job done in 45 minutes. Door works great now.

They were okay, it took a while for them to show up and it was late in the evening. They fixed the problem.

The installer who came to give us an estimate provided that call as promised and we were happy to hear it was actually free of charge.

We called the morning of the 26th to request service, and they came the afternoon of the 26th! They were efficient, and the cost was very reasonable. We would absolutely use them again.

I purchased the service on Friday. They called Monday morning to schedule the time. They were on time and done by 2:00. Wonderful service!

Anytime Doors came out within a day of my calling. The technician forgot his drill, so he couldn't finish the repair of the lock, but that was a blessing because several days later, I accidentally locked the door but was able to open it because lock wasn't bolted into door. It took about 2 weeks for them to get the receiver/remotes for the older door.They kept me updated only after I called them. The worker didn't do the work on the day he told me he'd come, but that was ok. Didn't leave an invoice, so I needed to call about that. I think they're nice people, but communication and punctuality could have been better. I may/may not use them in the future.

I was very happy with the service I received from Jordan. I appreciated the phone call to let me know he was on his way. He was polite and professional. I needed the top strut replaced on my garage door and he came with the required part. He pointed out a flaw in the opener installation someone else had done which led to the issue with the strut. He corrected that so the new strut wouldn't crack over time as well. He also took the time to tighten up all the bolts and replaced two worn rollers. The cost was reasonable, less that I thought it would be for 1.5 hours work.

Guy came during some of the coldest days of this year. Took care of the door issue immediately and even came back to bring a new outside door pad.

He quickly determkined that the problem was a worn cable and replaced it. He was also very helpful when I asked for advice on the door regarding replacing rollers and installing a handle. He did not push doing these items at all but gave me sound advice and a card for when, and if, I decide to pursue them. Very reasonable charges too.

Excellent experience. Roy was able to come out within 2 hours of the call. He called before leaving. Completed service quickly and cleanly.

He replied to my email request within 2 hours and was at my home the next day. I showed him my issues, he recommended several options, then he fixed my problem per our agreement. Work done was excellent and the garage was left clean and picked up.

We had the spring on our garage door replaced because it had broke. Called for an estimate and they came out that same evening. The work was professional and top notch. Garage works great now.

Their service was fine. I was on my way out the door when they were doing the work. I able to write them a check and they finished the job.
