I had a unique problem.I .The company replied to my request in Home Adviser.From the friendly communication ,in the office,returning my call ASAP,they had 2techs willing at end of their work day,came out to my home the same day and completed their service in a prompt,efficient and friendly manner!

ACS was a great experience from beginning to end. Competent sales, friendly and great installers, cleanup after they completed. I got exactly what I wanted.

Top-Notch People! - Susan, Kevin, Chad and Chris! I presented Chad our theater sound equipment in a plastic bin. When we had a new carpet installed, the installers piled all of the equipment in this bin. I had no idea what to do with it! Chad was wonderful - got rid of old, unnecessary wiring, checked everything out (I was afraid it may be outdated - he said it was not), and put it back into the media cabinet. He also fit our new tv onto the old cantilever....even programmed our old Universal remote. Guess he did not cook our supper - but otherwise, we HIGHLY recommend ACS!

Kevin was awesome, friendly and very knowledgeable. He rescued a husband stuck install and now everything is great, balanced sound and just the best ever. You can't go wrong with ACS. He also advised on the correct connections for the headsets even though they did not come with the home theater system. I'm keeping his number handy!

The installer offered me his personal cell number so if I had any questions in the future I would be welcome to call him direct. This level of service is rare. His name is Dan and he is well trained and an expert. He installed a theater system we moved from our other home and wasn't familiar with the components. He figured out the best way to connect everything and was a problem solver who had the knowledge to figure it out.
