+ -1 moreThey came same day as called, recognized the problem, ordered parts and repaired the following day. My only complaint is that they expect to get paid before they leave and would have been nice to know that up front rather than them standing there waiting for a check. That's not very professional!

+ -1 moreThis is the second time I have used them to fix something. They repaired a refrigerate 4 yrs ago for me and it's still working great. This time they came to fix another fridge I have and while out I mentioned my dishwasher had a few buttons on the control panel that didn't work. He was able to fix both for me and was super knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend them. Great response time and was able to fix both for me.

+ -1 moreWe hired them to fixed our over as the oven wasn't staying lit. They have us an appointment window from 10am-2pm. Not only did they not show up, they never called to say that they were going to be late. At 4pm they finally called to say they were on their way. I should have said don't bother, but was desperate to get our oven fixed. The service tech fixed our oven quickly, but two weeks later it wasn't working again.

+ -1 moreMy girlfriend called set up and appointment for 6/28/17 between the hours of 11am-3pm. She had to take a "work from home" day to be there. No one showed up. No phone call either. Simply unacceptable.
Description of Work: Needed our washing machine looked at for repairs.

+ -1 moreThe owner, Greg, performed the service on my gas dryer. He is the most kind and gracious service person I have met. He was prompt and professional. He answered all of my questions and went above and beyond in providing the best service imaginable. It is apparent that he runs his business with integrity. I will certainly be calling Greg for any and all of my appliance repair needs in the future. Thank you, Greg!
Description of Work: I had a problem with my clothes dryer. The technician, Greg, inspected and determined the issue right away. He replace the ignition coils and resolved the issue.

+ -1 moreI had them order the part and replace it. They treated me okay, but it was way over priced. It was probably a $20 part and took about 15 minutes to replace it. They were courteous and came when they said they would come. The quality of work was fine. I felt that they had charged me highly. I certainly wouldn?t recommend them or use them in the future.
Description of Work: I used Ace Appliance Assoc to fix a heating element that had failed in my oven.

+ -1 moreAs soon as he arrived he went straight to work and within 10 minutes had diagnosed the problem. He gave me an estimate, informed me this part was not covered under warranty, but that he had that part in his truck if I wanted to go ahead and do the repair. I appreciated not feeling pressured to proceed, and decided to do the repair. He was very personable, pleasant, neat, and efficient. He even feed my one rescue dog that is afraid of men some treats to socialize him. GREAT GUY!
Description of Work: My side-by-side refrigerator freezer quit working overnight and everything was thawing and getting warm quickly. After not receiving a response from another repair person in 1.5 hours after contacting him twice, I called Greg, the owner of Ace Appliance Repair. He answered his phone on the first ring and said he could be there by noon. He arrived by 11:15 AM. He replaced the broken starter and cleaned the interior of the unit and within 45 minutes my unit was up and running again.
