No concerns at all

Received a flyer in the mail and was impressed that this company was listed on Angie's List as a Super Service Award winner, they have Certified Arborists, are BBB accredited and their employees are fully insured (gave me a copy of their insurance information!). I called Chris and set up an appt to have him walk our yard with me so I could explain what I had in mind for tree and shrub trimming. I have had many companies in the past and have not been happy with the job preformed. I work, so the trimming is always done while I am not home. I do not like a formal appearance to my shrubs and ask for certain items when trimming tree branches due to bird feeders. Chris really listened to what I wanted and asked if I could go in late to work so I could also go over everything with his crew when they arrived. They even came a 1/2 hour earlier so they could meet with me. I did have a map of the yard with what I wanted done and they added notes to it. The head of the crew even made additional suggestions that were great. I then left for work. The head of the crew called me over my lunch to see if I wanted to come and view their progress which I thought was great. My neighbor was so impressed with their work he had them do some on his property once done with mine that same day! I was so pleased with the work when I came home. They really had listened to all my needs for various areas. The yard looks really great this year. It is the first time I can really say I loved the job done. I have to admit it was more money than I would normally spend as we do not have a large yard but it has many shrubs I need trimmed by hand not sheared. I would definitely call them again to do my trimming when needed.

Very reasonably priced on stump and tree removal. Did an excellent job cutting down an ash that was overhanging our home. Removed all brush as requested just believe the price was a little steep. The trimming was unnecessary as the tree was diseased (not with ash bore) which is virtually uncorrectable. Had I known this at the time of estimate which I think a tree service should know; I would have had them just simply cut it down. However in fairness, they do not claim to be certified arborists. If you need tree removal and stump grinding, you cannot go wrong with New Leaf.

Went well tree was gone area cleaned up when I came home from work.

They were very friendly and work-oriented. They carted it all away. I really didn't ask for any firewood and I didn't need any. I would definitely use them again in the future if I needed to.

Owner came out to the house (same day we called) to give us an estimate. Price was very fair (in comparison to other tree company estimates). A crew showed up the next day - on time - and removed tree. The crew was very good, cleaned up everything.

When we called A New Leaf Tree Service, we told them we had a budget. They were happy to itemize an estimate giving us recommendations for each tree that we need work done on. We were able to prioritize our trimming so we could stay under budget. They called Digger's Hotline and had the lot marked to ensure safe stump grinding for the two large trees we had removed. Then the team arrived on time and worked hard for a day and a half to complete our work. Going into the job, we were a little concerned that we didn't want our trees to look bald when they were done trimming. They were very respectful of our wishes and even asked us about branches they thought might be questionable before they cut them. While trimming, the trimmer discovered that one of our trees was splitting. The tree team was able to install cables in the tree to help support the tree from splitting any further. Their clean up was immaculate. The trees that were removed were cleared so well, the only way you knew the trees had even been there were the dirt patches where the stumps once were. The yard was raked and the street was even blown clean. We were allowed to keep any wood we wanted from our trees and the trimming team even cut the branches into reasonable pieces for us. We were so pleased with all of the work done for us.

Very positive experience with all aspects. Interactions with all employees from owner on down were helpful and congenial, care was taken to avoid damage to my yard and plants, and everything was cleaned up better than they found it. I'm very confident making a "very satisfied" recommendation.
