We were extremely pleased with TPCC from the day of estimate, to completion of the job (and every step in between). Tim and Adam were very knowledgeable and precise in their work. Because it was a 2 day job, they asked if we would like heaters to use during the night or if they could help in any other way. They were friendly, took time to answer any questions, and left the area neater than they found it!!

**Summary before the long story**We were charged $118.00 for 10 minutes of checking and 2 aaa battery fix** Twin Ports Custom Climate did not *-inform*-troubleshoot*-return calls** My family recently switched to Superior Fuel for our propane and, when our furnace wouldn't turn on last week, we gave them a call. They, in turn, handed that service need onto Twin Ports Custom Climate. An appointment was made for a Monday service call but not once did TPCC get in touch with myself or my husband to confirm a time. I, myself, called and talked with the receptionist but never received a reciprocated call with when the service man, Chuck, would show up. During my call, I expressed that I would like to dialogue with Chuck FIRST in order to troubleshoot BEFORE he came out in case it was an easy fix. (We had not even turned on the furnace since we had transitioned to Superior Fuel last spring) We did not receive a call from Chuck until he was already on his way and even then he never left a voicemail and my husband didn't recognize the number. He came into the house and asked to see the furnace. My husband was not made aware that there would be a service fee and was told by Chuck, "IF there is a fee, don't worry it will be small." He then did some checking around and asked to see our thermostat. After a moment he asked my husband if we had a couple of AAA batteries, he popped them into the thermostat and the furnace started. He, then, presented my husband with a $118.00 fee. 10 minutes, our own aaa batteries, no attempt to troubleshoot prior to showing up (without notice), no prior disclosure of service fee amounts and policies. I have since spoken with Superior Fuel (they were very empathetic and said they would follow up with TPCC); I have called TPCC twice to attempt and discuss this and have not received any callbacks. I am VERY disappointed with this service. *Update* I sent this review to TPCC prior to posting it here in order to give them time to remedy the situation. They still did not call me back but I did receive an email from the owner, Chad, stating his reasons why it was not their fault. Needless to say, this is not a company that I recommend to anyone. They came out the same day and were honest and very professional. Our furnace wasn't running right and we thought maybe it was just plugged. They had the parts stocked in there van and had the parts installed quickly and had the furnace running in no time.
