Very well. They did excellent work. It was a challenging job but they were up to it. The windows and patio door they installed are a big improvement over the originals.

My husband and I were getting all new windows and doors in the house and adding a window in the bathroom where there was not a window to begin with. The entire process from start to finish was amazing and they made it very simple for us. I cannot believe how quickly they got the windows and doors in our house and how efficient they were. The windows look absolutely fantastic and the front door is gorgeous! I can’t believe what a difference all these windows have made in our home, I can feel the difference in temperature in our home already. Excellent customer service was provided from the initial consultation to the completion of the installation. No pressure sales and reasonable financing available. The actual work, once started, was completed in two days. We had 3 large window openings and 2 small window openings. 2 story house. They did the work with fresh snow on the ground. The workers gave an excellent description of the work they would be doing each day. They cleaned up after themselves. There was lots of construction debris and it was gone when they were finished with the project.

This company/team is/are fantastic. We could not have been happier with the whole process from Kate(receptionist) to John (salesman) to the installation of the high quality Made in Minnesota, USA 🇺🇸 windows. We are already noticing a big difference in outside noise and drafts. We especially want to thank our installers Stacy, Brock, and Nolan. They were extremely professional, friendly, attentive, and great at what they do. From arriving on time each morning, to letting us know the plan for the day to putting down tarps to cover the floor to cleaning up at the end of each day and working in all kinds of weather to helping us move heavier furniture back to it’s place. So deserving of 10+ stars!!! Just awesome company

This was our third door replaced by Renewal By Anderson, Heritage Window & Door, Superior, WI. Matt & Tyler couldn't have been more professional with the installation and customer service. We look forward to our fourth door replacement coming up this Spring. We can already tell the difference in less draft and more warmth in the area of the new storm door! When the gentlemen left, you couldn't tell anyone was here as their cleanup was spotless!

Heritage window and door did a wonderful job both in terms of the estimate, and the job done. Justin, Matt and Brock were a great team. They replaced 9 windows in 4 days, worked efficiently and with a clean up at the end of each day, and they did a great job dealing with my puppy who wanted to visit them throughout the day.

I was 110% satisfied with the entire window project. From start to finish, everyone involved in the project was professional, friendly, and skilled. I had 6 windows replaced with renewals and all other windows wrapped to match. The windows are quality, the trim that the installers put up is beautiful, and every last detail was covered...including every little nail hole covered in matching putty. The wrap put on my older windows looks great, with a quality caulking job. Every one of my windows has been improved. I highly recommend Renewal by Anderson and Heritage Window and Glass in Superior Wis.

We replaced all of our windows, the crew did a awesome job, excellent craftsmanship, safe, clean, courteous, and got done on time. The weather was iffy, and the dealt with it admirably. The difference from the 1980's era windows and new ones is amazing! no more drafts :). I would highly recommend them.

We had 7 windows replaced. They trimmed all the windows, turned out beautiful. Rusty and Stacy were our installers. In the spring I will have a few more window installed. I will request Rusty and Stacy to be the installers.

We had all Anderson windows and two patio doors put in our house when we had it built 27 yrs ago. We wanted to update our two patio doors so we went with Heritage windows and door to purchase and install them. Yes, they are expensive but well worth the money as the quality and workmanship was outstanding. I want to take a minute to express my gratitude and appreciation to our two installer Scott and Jack for the amazing job they did!!! As we know, great service is rare these days!!!!!! Not only were Scott and Jack very professional, the were very meticulous about the quality of work they did. I was totally amazed at how kind, considerate and respectful they were. They went above and beyond their job duty, Jack helped my husband put back our patio blocks and Scott informed us we had a rotten deck board under our old patio door. Scott called his boss Matt to bring out a new deck board. That is service!!!! Heritage window and door company is very blessed and fortunate to have Scott and Jack as employees. Excellent product and best customer service I have experienced with a company. The installers were very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They do excellent work in their craft. Dusty’s attention to detail and meticulousness of his work was evident and appreciated. Steve also did a great job and was a pleasure to talk to and answered any questions I had. Brandon’s work and cleanup detail was perfect. Matt B did a awesome job on wrapping the exterior trim of old existing windows to match newly installed windows. Heritage should be so proud to have quality workers of this caliber. It’s definitely going to be a pleasure to have Heritage return and replace the rest of the old windows on house in near future. The crew that installed our windows were absolutely incredible. They were very professional and they kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. Steve, Dusty and Brandon had amazing attention to detail. With this top of the line window and their installation of the windows, we feel like they have definitely greatly improved the value of our home.

Our team , Dusty & Steve arrived on timed completed the job within the time frame I was given. We chose opaque glass for the lower window in the bathroom which we had before and liked. The trim on the windows matches perfectly with the trim around the windows.

Excellent sales rep and highly professional installation team. The Andersen product itself is a huge upgrade from what we had (it was not an Andersen patio door).

Everything went extremely well. The windows even arrived way sooner than expected. The product is very well made. You can tell just by opening and closing them that they are so much better in quality than the old cheap vinyl windows that I had replaced. The crew couldn't be better. Very friendly, and extremely professional. The took the time to protect everything from getting dirty or damaged. It was very nice to have a crew that knew what they were doing. I couldn't be happier. Thanks Rustie, Dusty, and Josh. The only issue I had was how they seemed to keep the cost of each window a secret. When I got a flyer good for 22% off, I was unable to do the math, because I had no idea what to subtract 22% from. You just have to hope you are getting a fair deal. I took a chance, and found out that I DID get a fair deal. Judging by the workmanship and the quality of the product; I found that I received a good deal.
