+ -1 moreOne complaint is that they tell us to call the Earth Quake service number - that doesn't offer any help and the other is their return policy is only thirty days. I tried to return the machine to either get my money back or exchange it for a new one and neither were options as they wouldn't waiver from their 30-day return policy.
Description of Work: On April 30 we purchased an Earth Quake Tiller. On the written material with the tiller it stated that if we had any problems we needed to call the Earth Quake service number and not take the tiller back to the store. We've been having problems with it from the beginning. Earth Quake says they won't do anything for us because they never received the warranty information that my husband was certain he mailed in but we have no proof because we didn't send it registered mail.
