Description of Work: Not well. They were not responsive to our requests to correct quality in workmanship. We made repeated calls and emails to them over several months to no avail. Finally came out and and tho we paid in full to keep our end of the commitment, we remain dissatisfied.

Description of Work: I have worked with The Gardner Company on estimates for a new roof. They are knowledgable, prompt and more than willing to accommadate any request. Last year, they worked with me to try to get an insurance approval for hail damage to my roof. Rich and his associate worked extra hard to get me qualified, but in the end the insurance inspector said there was not enough damage to warrant a new roof. I appreciated all their time and effort desite the outcome. This was non paid time. Many in my neighborhood have used The Gardner Company for roof replacement and are very satisfied.

 + 0 moreI worked with Darrin Gardner. He was very courteous and took a lot of time to give me options. The crew did a really good job as far as I can tell. They will come out again in the spring to check the work and make sure everything went well over the winter. (UPDATE from Fall 2011: As far as I know, no check-up has been done, although I have not interacted with the company since the install. The roof still seems fine.) They were very communicative, did the work when they said they would, and were able to get it done before the snow hit. It took them one day for the roof and another for the gutters. They were the middle bid of three different roofing contractors. I was also able to get energy-efficient shingles, which got me a tax rebate.
Description of Work: They installed a new roof and gutters on my home.
