Description of Work: Took 2 wing back chairs to them to be reupholstered. Told us it would be 4-6 weeks. Fabric was ordered, there was no back order issue and it was delivered right away. What they failed to do is communicate with us regarding the person doing the actual work. All their "regular" upholsterers were busy so they took our chairs to someone they never used before and he only works on upholstery part time. It's going to be almost 12 weeks for our work to be finished!! There was NEVER any communication with us about using a new upholsterer and when I would call asking for a delivery date I was told it's going to take longer because this guy only does it part time. Finally I went into the store hoping to see the owner, she wasn't there and as I left I told her employee I wanted a delivery date. I waited 2 weeks for a call back!! No communication, no follow up, means no recommendation from me ever. I will not use them or refer them.
