They came out, took a look at our home and did a safety check. Juan installed the outlet, did some troubleshooting on some outlets that weren’t working correctly, and gave us some things to keep an eye on. I will reach out to them in the future.

+ -1 moreI had an awesome experience with Juan from Mr. Electric of Madison. He arrived on time and had a very professional appearance. He completed an entire whole home safety check before he did any of the work I needed done and made some recommendations of things I wasn't even aware of. Juan troubleshot an outlet that wasn't working and discovered the problem and fixed it. He also installed a new bathroom exhaust vent. Lastly, he added a light switch for some lighting in my basement. From start to finish it was one of the most pleasant service experiences that I have ever had. I would highly recommend Mr. Electric to anyone needing residential electrical work done.

They were amazing- upfront and transparent about costs, amazing work done, prompt, and understanding. As a customer we got some of our lights changed to “can” style lights and some outlets installed- and they made the process so easy on our end. Highly recommend and can’t wait to use them again!
