+ -1 moreGrant was great. He was very responsive to all emails and phone calls. His quotes came in significantly less than other providers of the same products. He came out a couple days before ordering the windows to make sure he had the correct measurements. They were very clean and punctual while installing the windows and trim. I will be calling him again when we decide to finish the windows in the future.

+ -1 moreThey were on time, did exactly what we wanted and checked in with us if they had questions. Quality crew and workmanship.
Description of Work: Will from HLW Builders installed our Pella windows. Last spring we had two kitchen windows replaced in our 60 year old house. We loved the windows and the quality of his work so much that this spring we had Will and HLW Builders replace the rest of the windows in our house. Will and Brad worked for three days in March replacing eight windows. One window was a remodel since we wanted to swap in a window that was twice as large as one that they removed. They were very professional, worked very hard and did quality work. They vacuumed up and ran a swiffer over the floors before they left each night. Will went to great lengths to get the new trim to cover up the old paint line left from the old window trim He said if the job was not done right it would bug him.

+ 0 moreI am not that happy with them. They were the sub-contractors for Pella and they did a horrible job. They did the job. It's just that they did a poor job. I wouldn't recommend them. They didn't do the job very well. They didn't caulk around the windows. They didn't set the base plate up. I had to call them back three times. It leaked in the windows. I would not use them again in the future.
