Description of Work: We have used them twice for carpet cleaning (once in the house we sold and once in the house we bought) and they are great! The carpets are cleaner than they have ever been and they stay clean.

Description of Work: this is why we like angies list. eric was reponsive, thorough, clean, fast working, patient and meticulous at a reasonable price. his new technique to carpet cleaning's results remain to be seen but right now, everything looks great, dried in an hour (amazing). i don't know what else you could ask for except to get it for free. plus, been a while since i've seen a service person work up a sweat like eric does.

+ -1 moreWe called Clean Green WI to clean an area of carpet in our living room where our cat had urinated several times. We chose their "level 2" pet cleaning, which is the one where the carpet is not lifted. Bruce, the owner, showed up promptly and was very friendly and knowledgable. After the cleaning, we could no longer smell the urine, but a residue was left on the carpet because of a nasty store-bought cleaner I had tried to use before they came. I scheduled a return visit within a couple of days and Bruce tried something else. This took care of most, but not all, of the residue. I called again and they continued to be very friendly and apologetic, and came back a third time. This time was Bruce's son, who was also very friendly and knowledgable. They tried yet another method this time. He thanked me for calling back and asked if I had any questions. He reiterated that they wanted us to be 100% satisfied and to call back if it wasn't right. The cleaning seemed to work (to us), but unfortunately our cat tried to soil the area again. Their "level 2" method states it has a 75%-90% success rate (we knew this going in but had hoped for the best!) so I think this is the best cleaning that could be done by any human without taking the carpet up, which is what we will try next. Or - edited here after talking to the vet - it is also possible that the cleaning was 100% effective and our cat has just chosen that as his "spot". Overall we were very pleased with their work and think they did a great job considering cat urine is nearly impossible to deal with. I appreciated their customer service and knowledge and would definitely use them again.

+ -1 moreThe guy was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. He did what he said he would do and provided a bid. The guy also went over and beyond and above on some pieces of furniture in the room in as well. However, we just contracted him for the carpets. I feel he is a good business man.
