Repaired drive wheels. Gave options to choose from based on least expensive to most expensive. Gave expert advice on the repairs based on age of mower. Went the least expensive route as mower is over 10 years old & other things will start to go wrong or break. Kevin was upfront with what could be done. He did the repairs within a day after dropping the mower off. Definitely would use him again.

Always fun to get this done (even though I need to drive my mower across town to get it serviced at Baker). I've been twice now over five or so years. I think this is a great deal for all the work you get done. Plus, the work is high quality.

Very well, very reasonably priced repair of my mower.

My regular mower guy retired this year, and I wasn't sure where to go when the wheel of my mower fell off as I was starting to mow. I found Kevin on Angie's List, explained the problem, and he told me to bring it in and he'd see what he could do. He was able to locate the a bolt from an old riding mower that worked for my 20+ year old walk-behind mower, and he had it ready to go by the next morning. He even topped off the oil and blew out the air filter. He is responsive, very personable, and his shop is extremely well organized. This was one of the best customer-service experiences ever, and I plan to use him for regular mower and snowblower maintenance from now on.

Had snow blower and lawn mower serviced. Rick picked them up and returned them in a timely manner and was very helpful on how to use and store for the seasons when not in use.

Service was great! Kevin was prompt (done in 2 days) and went beyond what I expected. The mower hasn't looked this good in years. Kevin even filled the air in my car tires, since I had a blow-out on the way over. Would definitely recommend his service.

Picked up the snowblower on the day he said he would and delivered it back. The first snow fall we just had I went out, pulled out the choke , and it fired up on one pull and never missed a beat! Will always go back to Baker for all our small engine needs. Very nice person and he was very honest.

Provided annual service for our lawn mower and snow blower. As we were unable to get them to his shop, he picked them and and returned them for a very reasonable cost. When he returned our serviced items, he explained the proper maintenance and storage procedures which we did not know about. Also, they looked like new.

Completed tune-up ahead of schedule. Lawnmower runs better than it ever has! Also gave a lot of good advice about maintenance going forward.

He was very quick to respond, and I was able to drop off my mower that afternoon. He also finished earlier than I expected and was very knowledgeable - he showed me things on my mower I didn't know about, and showed me how to properly tip it on it's side to clean blades (without spilling gas). He went the extra mile, and I would not hesitate to use him again! Very pleased!

Kevin got in touch with me right away, and was able to set up an appointment for me to drop the mower off on a Saturday, which is very convenient when you've got the ol' 9-5 M-F job as I do. He was very friendly and professional, came off as a guy I would definitely trust. I haven't used the mower yet since the grass hasn't started growing yet, but I trust he did a great job. He even cleaned and oiled it; I thought my mower was green, it turns out it is actually black underneath all that dried grass and mud. I should probably clean it more. Or just take it back to Baker Mower. Kevin got the work done in just a couple days, and called me to say it was ready. He was very flexible with scheduling and it was just a short drive to drop it off in Sun Prairie. I'm sure I'll be back if my mower or snowblower ever gives me trouble.

I purchased the deal through angies list. He contacted me the next day and we arranged the appointment. When I got there, he explained everything he would be doing and took my personal information. A few days later he called and told me that it was done. When I got there to pick up, it was done, clean, and looking new. I highly recommend the service. The owner is very pleasant and knowledgeable. Highly recommend and would do business with again.

Great service. Polite and professional. My snow blower was leaking gas and oil. After diagnosis and repair, I was given instructions on how to prevent future issues. Prompt pickup, service and return (48 hour turn around). Prices very reasonable and included cost of parts and pick up/delivery charges. Note: I haven't used either the lawn mower or snow blower at this time (because it was between seasons), but feel confident that if there were any problems that it would be taken care of with satisfaction.

Mr. Baker was unbelievable!! He fixed my mower in no time and cleaned it up so well it looked brand new. Unbelievable price for his service. I highly recommend this service.

The work was completed the day after I dropped it off. I thought there would be a number of things that were wrong with the mower, but was very pleased when I had to pay $11 for additional parts. He did not charge for a number of bolts that needed replacement or for that labor. I would not hesitate to use his services again. Quick service and the mower look like new considering it is over 20 years old.

I didn't have any problems with the company as they were professional and responsive. However, I needed them to come pick up the mower but I live outside of their service area.
