They were responsive, quick and has a quality work. Easy to maintain and it looks like stone and we're happy with it.

Expanding concrete patio.

It went poorly they were late arriving on day one. I had to call and verify the appointment. I received a call back in about 15 minutes stating they had truck problems and were heading out then. They arrived 4 hours after the planned arrival. When they came out to provide the quote they took down the measurements for the gate which accesses to the back yard and measurements for the patio. They also said there would be rubber mats placed on the lawn to prevent damage to the lawn. Once they arrived they didn't get the appropriate hauler to fit through the fence gate even though it was discussed at the time they came out to measure. They had to go get the rental. They kept no record of the measurements we had requested for the patio. They only placed the protective mats in the front yard and damaged the back yard lawn by not placing the mats there. They used the wrong base color for the concrete. When questioned, they provided well rehearsed excuses that proved to be inaccurate. They said the brown color would fade into the pewter we had ordered and had confirmed in the contract with them. They say the color is an approximation and some variance is expected. We were prepared for darker or lighter but not an entirely different color. We have asked for the invoice showing the color that was used and they haven't provided the invoice or any explanation for 2 weeks now. They were non-responsive for days after we initially questioned the color as well. The mess left behind was about a 1 - 2 foot wide band of crushed rock all around the patio and damage to the back lawn. When questioned about the excessive rock they said it was to keep the rock in place under the deck and tried to up-sell landscaping to apply dirt and sod to cover the rock. The extra rock was also not discussed during the initial measuring and discussion of how everything would work. The deck looks okay even with the wrong color. We'll see how long it lasts. Given the dismal follow up history of the company, I cannot recommend them, as they show no interest in doing anything to address their mistake.

Good communication throughout. Once the weather cooperated the project began. Demo work to remove the multiple cement pieces (slab/ sidewalk/pavers) of different heights and sections. Ugly, ugly. The demo work was handled efficiently with minimal disturbance to the property- surprisingly since it was a difficult area to get to. Paul was on the job for this and helped me select a stamp and color for the concrete patio. I ended up going with what he recommended and I'm glad I did- it turned out beautifully! The wasn't a huge project (10 x 14) but they made me feel like I was a valued customer. Some companies don't seem to think these are worth their time but I never felt that way. The crew worked efficiently. I was unable to be home for most of the 2 day project (I was amazed they completed this so fast) but everything went well. It's nice to deal with honest and dedicated professionals, I highly recommend.

Prompt estimate provided. Cost was 1/3 of what others bid. Went the extra mile to create a product he would like on his own property! I wish I could provide a picture of the finished product. It is wonderful! Thanks, Paul!
