Description of Work: We had a burst pipe in the cabinet under the kitchen sink three days after my husband fixed the same one that was only dripping then. I knew it was after hours, but as there was a newborn in the house no one was in favor of turning off all water and waiting for repairs the next day. A call to Action confirmed someone would arrive within the hour, so we weren't without water for long. The plumber arrived on time and not only fixed the problem quickly, but explained how we could repair such a leak in the future. (The missed "ingredient' was teflon tape--and perhaps the correct tools.) We were all relieved, and very satisfied. We'd been satisfied with Action Plumbing and Heating for a furnace check last fall, and now they will be our plumbers too.

Description of Work: Sean came to my home at the time specified, carefully listened to my concerns, diagnosed what was wrong, and did an thorough job of explaining what was happening. He evaluated and adjusted the flow of gas in my fireplace, ensuring that it was in proper working order. He checked out the sinks in my bathrooms, investigated the odor coming from the drains and made recommendations for future care. At all times he was respectful and professional. I am very happy with his service.
