Description of Work: Inspected and recommended on status of water heater.

Description of Work: The hot water heater at my rental property died as we were getting in the car to go on vacation. I needed someone to replace it fast and Action Plumbing was able to come within an hour and do the work on a Sunday. It was pricey to get this done quickly on a Sunday, but they were very responsive and conscientious.

Description of Work: They just changed the toilet flushing unit in the tank. I asked for an itemized Bill. Never got one. You have to hold the handle down a long time to get it to flush properly. Otherwise it just runs and runs.

Description of Work: Great job. Needed a water piped moved for a toilet install. Service was done quickly and professionally.

Description of Work: We had a few drippy faucets in and out that needed fixing, including a cracked pipe to our outside faucet. All is drip free and working great!

Description of Work: I have had many things done my Action Plumbing and Heating.....New Furnace and AC installed, clogged drain two times, possible frozen pipes, furnace repaired two or three times before the new one was installed. All of the work they did was professional and done in a timely fashion. As you can see I have used them several timessssssssssssssss amdssssssssssssss

Description of Work: Our garbage disposal was clogged up and we couldn't unclog it with our snake. We called up Action and they were super professional and helpful. They showed up with a longer snake and after getting it through the twists and turns of the pipe, cleared it out! The serviceman was very personable and helpful. He was friendly and carried on a conversation but never once did he stop working to chat. He worked the entire time so we weren't being billed for any extra amount. We would definitely use them again in a heartbeat!

Description of Work: ' Phone was answered immediately by a friendly woman who listened to my situation and then transfered me to a technician. We discussed size and cost of a water heater. Service was scheduled quickly. Installation of the water heater and a water softener went smoothly and thu area was left very clean. All employees were professional and friendly. Highly pleased.

Description of Work: Said our water heater was bad and needed replacing to fix water pressure problem. This didn't fix anything (except costing $2,500). Another service provider came a few days later and said the problem was with our well and we should seek well specialist. We did and problem was fixed for $800. On another call Action replaced a valve in an upstairs shower. A few days later we noticed water spots in the kitchen below the bathroom. They did return and fix the leak from the faulty installation.|We had used them on a few other projects, they always seem like they are trying to upcharge the repair to a bigger repair. I will not use them again.

Description of Work: I cannot believe how quickly they were able to come out (the same day I called). They were right on time and the provider (Dan) was friendly to me and my 4 year old. I thought the price was reasonable too. Definitely will use them for any future needs.

Description of Work: We had five can lights that would not light. We had changed some bulbs and they were not "dimmer-compatible". After a month they burned out the dimmer and made the five can lights inoperable. Gary came in, deduced the problem and fixed it within an hour. He checked everything out and we were very happy. I should mention he was working in our area and so the problem was solved within 3 hours of our phoning Action. We have asked them to quote on some other work to be done. Very pleased.

Description of Work: Furnace would not kick in. Action was called and found ignitor had failed. He had to drive to the "supply house" to get an ignitor because he didn't have one on the truck (?), and I was charged for the time me left my house to get a supply part that was not on his service truck (?) -- odd. He also found bees nests in the intake pipe. I thought this service call was a bit pricey and don't understand why the service tech didn't have the ignitor on his truck, and why I had to pay for his service trip! I have used Action in the past, have recommended them to others, and will continue to use Action.
