Description of Work: Action has been great time after time when dealing with plumbing, AC, and electric issues for me; I always phone them when I have a problem and they always come through. This past month I needed both an electrician and a plumber, and both appeared promptly when promised, and worked efficiently and well.

Description of Work: Installed tankless water heater that I had purchased from Home Depot.

Description of Work: They addressed two problems: an overflowing water softener and no water. They cleared water-softener gunk from the faucets, restoring water flow, and installed a new softener.

Description of Work: They responded to call Saturday morning to a frozen pipe break the previous evening. They had someone there within a couple hours. He was fast, professional, discussed options with me and showed me exactly where the break had occurred and why. Fixed everything within less than an hour and the charge was far less than I had been afraid it would be. | We have also used their HVAC service to repair the blower on our A/C over the summer. They are great at adjusting to our schedule, always professional and always charge reasonable rates.

Description of Work: Stopped up kitchen sink. Needed service next day. Friendly and very capable plumber fixed it and found source of problem in basement pipe alignment. Consulted with me about the pipe correction and cost, did that work and cleaned up everything. Reasonable cost for all the work.

Description of Work: Emergency water heater replacement. Seemed pricey but service was prompt, professional, complete. Included removal of old unit. Even cleaned area where old unit had leaked.

Description of Work: Fixed clog in drain under kitchen double sink and replaced all the pipes to bring it up to code. It appeared the previous owner had done his own handy work. The gentleman was very professional, knowledgeable, and very conscious of not making a mess and cleaned up when done.

Description of Work: Replaced one copper pipe for the how water to our washing machine. Replaced the hot & cold values to the washing machine. Tested all connections and fittings.

Description of Work: The fan motor on our furnace went out during the hot spell of mid August. First visit from Action was great - arrived within the hour & had a diagnosis. We decided to go with replacing a 20 year old furnace rather than just the fan motor so we wouldn't have problems during the winter. Second visit Action arrived 5 hours after they were supposed to. Discovered after tech left that we did not get the model we thought we were getting. Talked us into giving it a try. Two days later we were awakened in the middle of the night with the fan motor banging and clanging. Asked Action to remove entire unit. Third visit was just a tech checking to see what was wrong. Confirmed it was a bad unit. After multiple phone calls and asking Action to remove the unit so we could go with another provider, we were told take a deal with upgrading to a top model at no charge or 'see you in court'. Fourth visit new unit installed. Our electric bill for the past two months has been the highest it has ever been. And the new top of the line unit was supposed to be energy efficient.

Description of Work: Prompt service. Discussed what was going on in the plumbing, saw some other needs and made suggestions. Even able to use CC right at the Kitchen table. Would definitely call again!

Best of all, our service pro, Dan, explained the proper ways we should use and maintain our garbage disposal... (we were unaware of many of the "tips 'n tricks" that he shared with us). Simply another reason we always call Action.

Description of Work: They replaced the mechanism in a toilet.They did fine. Previously we had them replace the cartilage in a shower faucet and secure the shower drain. They did great.

Description of Work: They replaced our water heater that died unexpectedly. They were very prompt and quick. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Replaced leak from copper tubing in back of refrigerator to ice maker
