Amazing! Wife and I paid prior to the job being complete as we had to travel. Justin said that we'd be very happy upon our return and if for any reason we were not, we should call, and they would come back out to address any issues. The house looked brand new when we pulled up from our trip! They use a brush system and biodegradable soap (Dawn) so it does not damage any fauna and is pet friendly (we don't have pets). Once they are done with the exterior siding they then perform an exterior window wash! Excellent job!!

Pretty sure our house's previous owners never washed it - the white siding was a dingy gray, with some green growing on the side of the house. SUCH a big difference after we had Accurate come out and power wash the siding and windows. The process was easy and the worker who did it was friendly, responsive, and offered to come back out if he missed anything (he didn't!).

I set up an appointment with Patti around 6-8 weeks ago because they were busy and couldn't do the work at that time. Patti e- mailed me a couple of days before to let me know what time Mike would be at my house on Monday. The time was between 7-7:30 pm, at 7:10 Patti called to tell me Mike was running behind and would be at my house around 7:30. At 8:10 he was still not here, I called their number and Patti answered and didn't know where he was. Mike called me back and said his last job estimate took longer then he expected, never said he was on his way. I told him it was getting too late to do the estimate that night. We made another appt. for Tuesday morning. Mike said he would be here by noon ( I asked him not to come between 9:30-10:30 ) because I would be gone at that time and I wanted to be here while he was here. At approximately 12:03 pm I called their office and cancelled the job because again nobody showed up or called. Sorry, I would never use this company for any work or recommend them either.

Outstanding service from the start of the project to the end. Mike arrived on time for our initial appointment during which he thoughtfully explained the service he provides. He left us with a quote and folder of information that was very helpful. Mike washed our home today. In addition to pressure washing the siding and deck, he scrubbed it with a brush. Watching him work is inspirational. His price was very reasonable. He has our highest recommendation.

Their service from beginning to end was exceptional. Our home looks like brand new. Their attention to detail was outstanding. I couldn't be happier with the end result. We will definitely hire them again.

It went great! They removed all of the mold looking substance from the gutters and we were amazed how the siding looked after the service, it's like a new home again!! They also power washed the outside of all the windows. We will be hiring them annually to clean our home. Very impressed!!

We were really pleased from the time we got Mike's price estimate until Mike's crew man came out to pressure wash the north side of our house. They even cleaned a corner where the spiders like to hang out, and they shot down a few hornet nests, too. Thank you for your reliable service!! We'll be calling you again in the future.

Overall, my house looks amazing! Michael's price was very affordable, and he and his crew cleaned up the job site professionally. My only regret is that I didn't ask more questions about whether the paint would flake off in spots, because even with the low pressure wash, there were some places I had to touch up the paint. Michael probably knew this at the start, but I didn't ask enough questions.

Mike was excellent from estimating to finishing the work. He talked us through options as we looked at the porch (which had considerable mold and discoloration on the cedar supports and railings, and lots of peeling paint on the steps, landing and floor. He and Bob thoroughly powerwashed everything. They removed screens (and later reinstalled them). They stripped paint from the floor and steps. After everything dried, they sanded everything so the wood looked as good as new. Then they applied a clear 'stain' to the cedar posts, railings, and screens; an acrylic paint to the facia and floor; and an oil stain to the landing and steps. It looks amazing!!!! They were very careful of the flowers and vegetable plants in gardens surrounding the porch and were also very careful to make sure the siding and other parts of the house did not get any damage or spots from the cleaning, sanding or the painting. Mike even patched a place where the wood had rotted beneath the older paint. They were friendly and easy to have around while they worked. They put their heart into this work and it shows. Highly recommended.

They did a fantastic job! It's been almost 2 months since they did the work and the siding looks like new! They even cleaned the deck railings, screens and gutters.

Amazing! Went above and beyond our expectations. Our 17-year old house looks like new. They were so careful and conscientious. It was a cold, rainy day, and it had to be miserable working outside, but that didn’t deter them from doing an excellent job. They scrubbed the gutters, window sills, siding – I couldn’t believe how hard they worked, and the details they paid attention to. My husband and I hire work out often – they are at the top of my list for doing a professional, prompt, above-expectations job! We will use them again, and, actually, have already contracted with them to do another job at another house. I can’t praise this business enough!!

We are so pleased with the way our house and deck look after Accurate did the power washing. We live in a two story house and washing the siding was not possible for us to do safely. The siding is around fifteen years old and had never been cleaned. It was dirty and the north side was full of mildew.. Our deck is composite and approximately 300 sq. ft., with a white railing all around. We tried everything and could never get the floor boards clean. We thought Mike's bid was very fair, but when the job was done we truly got more than we expected. It has been several months now since the job was done and no sign of mildew growing back onto the siding or decking. We won't need Accurate back here in 2016, but when we do you can be sure we will call Accurate Power Washing again. Barb from Windsor

I called to schedule a free estimate with the owner, Mike. His schedule is so full that he can only do estimates between 7-7:30pm in the evening. I made my appointment and unfortunately on the day of my appointment, he had the flu. I wanted to reschedule and it took more than two weeks to find another open date that worked in my schedule. He came at 7:25pm on a Friday night, which is awkward timing when you're trying to have dinner and wind down the evening with a toddler. He walked around my house, even though it was pitch dark and offered an estimate. I liked him because it was a family business and he presented a very professional picture of his company. He answered every question I had and provided details about the chemical mixture he used when washing the house (others would not disclose and I did not want harsh chemicals used on my house/around my lawn). He was able to fit me into his schedule within one week. On the day of my appointment, I was told that Mike would be there around 9am. Instead, Justin did not come until around 11:30, which wasn't that big of a deal, but I had arranged my schedule to be home since you are needed for final walkthrough and payment. Justin was the only person on site and finished within two hours. We did a walkthrough around the house and I asked a lot of questions about his opinion on my siding, gutters, etc. He was very patient and extremely nice. I provided payment and he left. The house was still dripping wet for most of the day. The next day, once the house was dry, I walked around the house and was disappointed to see many streak marks down the side of my house. I contacted the office manager, Patti, and provided her pictures of the streaks. The next day, Justin was back at my house to spot treat the problem areas. Overall, I found this to be a good operation. The initial time to schedule an estimate seemed like an unreasonable hassle, but that's what happens when you only have two employees and a full schedule. They were responsive and wanted the customer to be happy. There was a miscommunication regarding the screens on my windows. During the estimate, Mike mentioned that they offer a courtesy service of wiping down windows and spraying screens. At that time I did not realize that I was supposed to take off all my screens before they arrived on site. Therefore my windows were wiped down so there are a lot of water marks on the windows, which is a bit annoying since I'll stare at them all winter. It was my mistake for misunderstanding, but disappointing, nonetheless. Mike is friendly and professional. They even have an answering service! Overall a good business.

They power washed our house and did an excellent job. Watched out for all the flowers and shrubs we have around the house. One side of our house had mildew and they cleaned it, removed it and our house is white again. Great Job. Would highly recommend the

If you haven't had your house power washed I recommend you do it, as it makes such a difference in the look of the house which looks brand new now. And when you do, use Accurate Powerwashing. I was very impressed with Mike's thoroughness, attention to detail and conscientiousness. It also impressed me that his staff called me three times the same day to let me know when he was coming, since he was running late. I appreciated the professionalism.

I was very satisfied with the power wash. I had originally requested a quote for power washing and some trim painting on the exterior of our house. I got acceptable quotes for both and scheduled the work in the, admittedly, late fall . The power wash was completed and Accurate said they'd schedule the painting for a later date. That was my last contact with Accurate. I sense that they feel they quoted the painting part too low and didn't really want that part of the job at the price they'd quoted. I have waited for Accurate to contact me about the painting schedule and they haven't done so. I don't feel that is very professional and my professionalism rating reflects that. I have no complaints about the work already done. This review requires a yes or no response to the question - Would you use this provider again? I answered "yes" because "not sure" wasn't available. I'll have to decide whether I'll contact them again.

We originally contacted Accurate Power Washing to get an estimate on power washing our vinyl siding, especially the North side which was quite green with algae -- we had already tried some hand washing with bleach and scrubbing. Mike met me at the house to do a walk around, and then submitted a detailed proposal which we decided to accept. It is a busy time of the year, but we were able to schedule a date for the service without much trouble. At the scheduled day and time, Mike and Justin showed up and got to work. The results were amazing, even better than I had hoped. The siding looks almost brand new, even the formerly green-tinged North side. And the windows and surrounds are so clean my wife and I are doing the screens and insides this weekend to match the clean exterior. During the entire process, care was taken to avoid damaging our landscaping, and the products used were plant-safe as well. If I had realized how great it would work, I would have taken some before pictures!

Mike and his son completed this work. They were extremely professional and clearly knew what they were doing. When Mike was going to be late, he called and informed me (this is a great bonus with me!). Also, he noticed my small concrete patio in the back needed powerwashing, so he simply did it and it wasn't even on the contract. Huge huge! Took probably 10 minutes to accomplish, now he has a customer for life. Highly recommend.

I couldn't be happier with Mike's work and the way he does business. He came out to meet me, we walked around the house, he gave an estimate on the spot. Very nice guy, and his wife Patty, who does the scheduling back at the office, is wonderful to talk to. The price for the size and difficulty of the job was, I thought, extremely reasonable--I was 'sold' from the get-go and didn't need to get more estimates, which with our busy schedules, I appreciate. He refused my offer of a deposit, saying, 'you don't pay until the work is done and you're happy with it'. Mike advertises the powerwash as 'top to bottom', and it was. Everything from a mossy roof overhang at the front porch, to the highest gables, to the concrete front stoop and concrete patio at the basement walkout. He was probably at our house about four hours, total.The house looks great. Sounds corny, but everything looks so new; you don't realize, over time, how dirty things get. Mike is very conscientious about landscaping and moving things around that are in his way and then putting him back. Except for the house looking new, you wouldn't have known he had ever been there. When he was done, at Mike's request, we walked around to review his work--which is another thing I really like. Again, very reasonable price, great quality of work, nice people to work with--what more can you ask and pay for?
