Mike came out and gave us an estimate first to see what needed to be washed. He then took time to explain to me what needed be done. The estimate was clearly out written out and put in a clear report folder. He came when he said would to wash the house. He took his time when cleaning everything. He was very nice to work with and made sure everything was cleaned properly. I would highly recommend Mike and Accurate Power washing. He and his company offer something that a lot of companies don't these days- great customer service. We plan on using them again in the future.

My house and deck were filthy! There was a lot of mildew on the siding and moss was growing on part of the roof. I got two estimates to have the house, deck. and a detached garage washed. The first person only gave me a verbal estimate and the estimate was very high. Mike from Accurate Power Washing gave me a written estimate which included details about how the job would be done, and pictures from previous jobs. And the price was right. Mike and his son were able to come a few days later to complete the work. My house now looks amazing! The mildew and moss are gone, and the siding looks like new. They also cleaned out the gutters and washed the outside of the windows. I definitely would recommend Accurate Power Washing.

My house had a lot of mildew and Mike and son eliminated all of it with power washing; it was an excellent job. They also did a great job with the exterior painting. They paid a lot of attention to detail and were careful to avoid my many plants surrounding the house.

He came when he said he would and did one hellof good job. I would have him back in a hartbeat.

This was from a price perspective and not the actual work performed. This was posted to let others know how Accurate Power Washing has always been a reliable company for my homes needs.

The contractor (the company owner) said he would arrive between 8-9am on a Saturday. He didn't call until 1000 to say he was on the way and didn't arrive until 1015. Once the owner & an employee were here they got right to work washing the deck, which looked very good once it was done. While figuring out where to start washing the siding the contractor discovered multiple yellowjacket hives under the shutters on the S side of the house. He asked if I could get the hives cleared out by that night and I said that I probably could not (my husband was out of town for an extended period of time and I prefer to stay far away from bees). I offered to be very flexible with the timeline for completion of that side of the house, as I didn't feel that it was his problem to deal with the yellowjackets. I also offered to pay him for the 3 sides to be done that day and, after the yellowjackets were taken care of, have him come back whenever his schedule allowed. He said that he was "too busy" and needed to get the whole job done "right away". He then pressure washed the other 3 sides of the house (which looked good) but did not remove the shutters prior to doing so. While he was finshing up the 3rd side of the house, I went outside to ask him about the shutters, as the company's website & the brochure that was left with the estimate stated that shutter removal was part of their procedures for washing siding. He asked me to prove that is what the paperwork stated, so I went inside and printed the info directly off of their website. He then told me that was an IT/web design error, they only remove shutters when painting siding, and that the area under the shutters would get clean even without removal (after removing the shutters ourselves it was painfully obvious that the area under them does not get cleaned at all). I told him that since the shutter removal was advertised as part of their siding washing service I expected it to be performed. He stated he would do it for me this one time, but he wasn't going to do it until the yellowjackets were dealt with (fair enough). He then said they had another job to get to and he would "call me later" to schedule a time to come back. He had brought up times to return that included that evening or the next morning (Sunday), but he did not choose one prior to leaving and did not call me back until Sunday night. In the meantime, I had enlisted help to get the hives sprayed. When he called on Sunday night he offered to come back Monday to spray the hives again, Tuesday to remove the shutters, and Wednesday to pressure wash the final side of the house and the shutters. He asked to come at 4pm on Monday, but I was not available until 6pm, which he agreed to. Shortly before 6pm Monday, I received a call from a woman at the company stating that he was going to the ER to deal with a hernia. I asked her to call me later on to let me know if we were still scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday. She did call back and stated that he would return Tuesday, but did not specify if the time had changed. I didn't think to ask, since the originial time had been scheduled for 6pm. He arrived Tuesday night at 7:15pm after calling shortly before to let me know he was on the way. He resprayed the hives and then left. Before he left I asked when he would be returning the next day (Wednesday) and he replied "same time, around 6". He didn't show up until around 7:15pm on Wednesday. Because I was expecting him around 6pm I had made plans that I had to cancel once he didn't show up at that time. When he did arrive, I asked how long it was going to take, he asked if I had plans, and I replied that I did but I had already canceled them. He stated it would take about 90 minutes to complete the work. I went inside, and about 5 minutes later he knocked on the door and told me there had been too much confusion, he didn't think this was the job for him, he wasn't going to charge us for what had been done, but he also wasn't going to complete the work order outlined in the signed contract. His equipment was already packed up, and he left.

There is no company better than this one. It's impossible. Mike is the epitome of the kind of person you want to hire, and his company is the kind of company we all think no longer exists. He is professional, perfectionist, and will not rest until every single detail is completely done. He goes home at the end of a long day, returns the next day and discusses all the new ideas he's had about your house since he left the day before. We didn't know what we were going to get when we hired this company. We thought we were hiring someone to pressure wash our house, and hoped we could also get rid of some problems (like birds living in the walls...) What we got was a new house. We were amazed at the results and could not believe our house was capable of looking like this. We were very sorry when Mike was done because he was such a total pleasure to have around. I have never met a person who is as thorough, professional, conscientious, and hard working as Mike Welch. This is a family run business. They care about every single thing they do. Why would anyone hire anyone else? I have no idea.

The company owner arrived as scheduled to review the project and give us a rough estimate; a comprehensive booklet of information arrived in the mail a few days later. We were able to be flexible on scheduling, so the roughly 2-month wait till the job could be done was not an issue. The power-washing came first and made an enormous improvement in the appearance of the house. The window trim repainting had to be delayed because the weather had loused up the company's schedule on other jobs...again, this was not a problem for us. Once completed, the paint job was excellent, and they offered to leave some materials for us to do some little jobs that were not part of the original contract. The repair job on the railing turnout out to be a bigger deal than originally contemplated, but they did the work beautifully and did not charge us more than what was in the contract. The company owner told us that there now is paint that is specially made to adhere to old aluminum siding; when it comes time to repaint the whole house in a couple of years, we will use this company. Service and price are excellent.

They were great! They came out quickly to give us an estimate and sent us a contract proposal for the cleaning. I signed it and sent it in and we were on their schedule about 4 weeks out. They called the day before the work to confirm a time range and arrived as expected. The job took about 2 hours to finish and everything looks great, just like we were hoping. I would hire them again!

Overall, my wife and I were very pleased with the work performed. Mike was actually the one that helped us decide on the colors to use for the project. We showed him the colors we thought we would be interested in, but my wife and I couldn't agree on the EXACT colors to use. After hearing what Mike had to say, and why, I now know that my wife and I would have been miserable had we gone with the colors we originally chose. Mike tied the different elements of our condominium together in a very professional manner, while keeping in mind the atmosphere we were trying to create. He chose the perfect accent and primary colors we eventually agreed on. Once the work started, we noticed a difference right away in the "warmth" of the room. The work was completed over two and a half days, and we love the new look of our home. I will not consider another company in the future, having already used the two biggest companies in our area, in the past, over a twenty year period. I will trust all my future painting, staining, and power washing to Mike and Accurate Powerwashing.

The workers were on time and very professional. They put everything back in place and even cleaned the windows.

Mike at Accurate has always done a stand up job for our family. Never have had to address any part of the jobs he has performed. Everything was always done at a professional level. He will always be my go to company for pressure washing.

Everything went exactly as planned from the bid process to the final product. Not one hiccup in the entire process.
