When I called to schedule services I was very specific on what needed to be done. Receptionist informed me that they charge a $40 service fee but that all services would be done that day. The electrician arrived and said it would take two men to complete the job (and he didn't come with the extra guy). Then he pulled out their comprehensive pricing chart/graph to show me how he came up with the price (I believe the chart gives people a false impression that these are fair prices and comparable to other electricians). Fortunately for us, we had just had work done on another property by another provider so we knew approximately what this job should cost. Roman electric quote ended up being almost twice as much as our next quote from a local electrician. Even though he couldn't complete job by himself because I declined his overpriced services, we were out the $40 service fee.
Description of Work: Needed to change out 3 lights (foyer, kitchen, dining) and run electrical from attic to 3 upstairs bedrooms & then install 3 fan/light kits in those bedrooms.

Description of Work: I was going to have an electric plug installed for my dryer in the new home I am renting. I had to run home and see if it was a three hole or four hole plug. When I got home, I actually have a gas dryer. I called them and the Electrian Carol stopped the job and only charge me for coming out. 20 dollars. They are awesome and I would definetly use them again. Great people, great business.

The service went very well. I was early and they were about 15 minutes early as well. I am a stickler on promptness and punctuality and Roman Electric impressed. Carl Bauer is a great representative for Roman Electric and I would recommend them to anyone looking for electrical work.
