+ -1 moreThe fence posts were not dug deep enough and the fence heaved over after the first winter. We had Ryan come back and reset the posts and cut in a new gate. The fence heaved over again (his worker actually argued with me about City of Milwaukee code re depth of fence posts). The gate Ryan put in, them tried to fix, sags so badly it is pretty much unusable. As to materials, I drove Ryan to a neighbor's fence for the quality and style of fencing I wanted. He got the style right, it is similar, but he used a much much cheaper grade of wood and used preformed panels rather than a custom build. Our last fence lasted over 15 years and we replaced because of other work we were doing. The fence Ryan put up as Perfection Landscape looks like crap, leaning and sagging, and has done so from the first winter, even after he attempted repairs. A polite guy, prompt, but he cut corners on quality and workmanship. We already need a new fence just a few years after this was installed.
Description of Work: Hard scraping and a new fence. the fence is falling down. It heaved over after the first winter. Randy's workers didn't put the posts 4 feet down. Randy also used low grade material, different fro what I specified

+ 0 moreOver a 10 year period, this company did all of the design and planting in our front and back yards. Blue spruce, birch, lilacs, arborvitae, decorative rocks and various flowering perennials. All of the work was done to our satisfaction, and cleanup was performed. Several times, neighbors stopped and asked us who did the landscaping and ended up using Perfection as well. This is a small company that works hard to please their customers.
Description of Work: We had several Asian pear trees planted, as well as some tree removal due to damage.

Description of Work: This contractor was hired to remove an old railroad tie border separating our property and that of our next door neighbor. Once the old wooden ties were removed, they were to lay a border composed of fieldstone and large boulders. The work was done in a very professional manner and any leftover debris was cleaned up to our satisfaction. We think Perfection Landscape did a good job at a very fair price. The work took several days to complete and the crew was working in temperatures of 90 to over 100 degrees on all those days. My husband and I were very pleased with the outcome, considering the extreme weather conditions the crew worked in. We would use them again if we ever needed to perform additional landscapig,
